本出願は日本国特許出願2009−108655号(2009年4月28日出願)を基礎として、その内容は引用文としてここに組み込まれる。
Claims (8)
- 冷却媒体の入口を一端側に、出口を他端側に備えた筐体と、
該筐体の内部に収納された複数の蓄電器と、を有し、
前記複数の蓄電器は、前記入口から前記出口に向かって、間隔を空けて配列されており、
前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記複数の蓄電器の配列間隔は、前記冷却媒体の流速が前記入口側よりも前記出口側において速くなるように、前記入口側よりも前記出口側において狭くなっており、
前記複数の蓄電器を、前記入口側に配置された第1グループ蓄電器と、前記出口側に配置された第2グループ蓄電器との2つに分けたとき、前記複数の蓄電器の配列間隔は、前記第1グループ蓄電器における配列間隔よりも前記第2グループ蓄電器における配列間隔が小さいことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 冷却媒体の入口を一端側に、出口を他端側に備えた筐体と、
該筐体の内部に収納された複数の蓄電器と、を有し、
前記複数の蓄電器は、前記蓄電器の中心軸が平行かつ前記入口側から前記出口側に向かって並列に配置されるように、複数の前記蓄電器を、間隔を空けて配列した第1蓄電器列と、前記蓄電器の中心軸が平行かつ前記入口側から前記出口側に向かって並列に配置されるように、複数の前記蓄電器を、間隔を空けて配列した第2蓄電器列とを備えると共に、前記第1蓄電器列が前記第2蓄電器列よりも前記入口側に隣接して配置されるように、かつ前記第2蓄電器列が前記第1蓄電器列よりも前記出口側に隣接して配置されるように、前記第1蓄電器列と前記第2蓄電器列とが間隔を空けて積層された配列体から構成されており、
前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記複数の蓄電器の配列間隔は、前記冷却媒体の流速が前記入口側よりも前記出口側において速くなるように、前記入口側よりも前記出口側において狭くなっていることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記複数の蓄電器を、前記入口側に配置された第1グループ蓄電器と、前記出口側に配置された第2グループ蓄電器との2つに分け、前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記複数の蓄電器の配列間隔が前記グループ毎に異なることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記第1グループ蓄電器の配列間隔よりも前記第2グループ蓄電器の配列間隔が小さくなるように、前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記複数の蓄電器の配列間隔を変えたことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記蓄電器の中心軸が平行かつ前記入口側から前記出口側に向かって並列に配置されるように、複数の前記蓄電器を、間隔を空けて配列した第3蓄電器列を備え、
前記第1及び第2蓄電器列の積層体に前記第3蓄電器列を、間隔を空けて積層し、前記第3蓄電器列を前記積層体に対して前記出口側に隣接するように配置したことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 上面に設けられた入口流路形成板、および前記入口流路形成板と対向する位置に設けられた下面に位置する出口流路形成板を備え、前記入口流路形成板と繋がった入口流路案内板、前記出口流路形成板と繋がった出口流路案内板、両側面にそれぞれ側板を設けて構成される筐体と、
前記入口流路形成板側に所定の隙間を有して平行に隣接し、冷却媒体の流れ方向に沿って配置された複数の蓄電器を有する第1蓄電器列と、
前記出口流路形成板側に所定の隙間を有して平行に隣接し、前記冷却媒体の流れ方向に沿って配置された複数の蓄電器を有する第2蓄電器列と、
前記筐体内に前記冷却媒体を導入するための入口と、
前記筐体内の前記冷却媒体を排出するための前記入口と高さ方向にずれた出口と、を有し、
前記第1蓄電器列が前記第2蓄電器列よりも前記入口側に隣接して配置されるように、かつ前記第2蓄電器列が前記第1蓄電器列よりも前記出口側に隣接して配置されるように構成されており、
前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記第1及び第2蓄電器列の蓄電器配列間隔は、前記冷却媒体の流速が前記入口側よりも前記出口側において速くなるように、前記入口側よりも前記出口側において狭くなっていることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項6に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記第1及び第2蓄電器列を、前記冷却媒体の前記入口側に配置された第1グループと、前記冷却媒体の前記出口側に配置された第2グループとの2つに分け、前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記第1及び第2蓄電器列の蓄電器配列間隔が前記グループ毎に異なることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項7に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記第1グループの蓄電器配列間隔よりも前記第2グループの蓄電器配列間隔が小さくなるように、前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における前記第1及び第2蓄電器列の蓄電器配列間隔を変えたことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。
