Claims (10)
- ターボエンジン用の可変ピッチの羽根を備えるプロペラハブにして、
前記羽根を受け入れるための実質的に半径方向の円柱形の凹所(236、336)を、自身234の中心軸(C)を中心にして分布させて備えている多角形リング(234、334)と、
ターボエンジンのタービンロータ部材(243、343)と、
前記多角形リングを前記タービンロータ部材(243、343)へと接続するために多角形リングに取り付けられた固定フランジ(245、345)とを備えているハブであって、
開口部(241、341)にすき間を伴って、多角形リングの軸方向に開口部の中に挿入される複数のバックアップフック(244、344)をさらに備えており、バックアップフック(244、344)が、多角形リング(234、334)またはタービンロータ部材(243、343)のいずれか一方へと接続され、開口部(241、341)が、前記2者のうちの他方に接続されていることを特徴とする、ハブ。 - 前記バックアップフック(244、344)が、前記タービンロータ部材(243、343)に取り付けられた半径方向のプレート(242、342)によって保持されている、請求項1に記載のハブ。
- 半径方向のプレート(242)の各々が、バックアップフックを形成する実質的に円形の断面を有している少なくとも2つのピン(244)を有している、請求項2に記載のハブ。
- 前記バックアップフック(344)が、前記開口部(341)とちょうど同じように非円形の断面を有している、請求項2に記載のハブ。
- 前記固定フランジ(245、345)が、多角形リング(234、334)の片側へと取り付けられ、前記半径方向のプレート(242、342)が、前記多角形リング(234、334)の軸方向の反対側に配置される、請求項2に記載のハブ。
- 多角形リングの前記中心軸(C)に平行な方向に前記半径方向のプレート(242、342)を取り付けるための手段(246、346)をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載のハブ。
- 前記半径方向のプレート(242、342)が、前記半径方向のプレート(242、342)の支持部との半径方向の平面における確実な係合を可能にする起伏を備えている、請求項6に記載のハブ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のハブと、円柱形の凹所(236、336)に受け入れられた羽根とを備える、プロペラ(22、24)。
- 請求項8に記載のプロペラ(22、24)を少なくとも1つ備えるターボエンジン(10)。
- 逆方向に回転する2つのプロペラ(22、24)を備えている、請求項9に記載のターボエンジン(10)。
