Description
Claims (8)
- ベースボディ、および互いに並んで配置されて前記ベースボディに設置される一対のベースレールを備えるベース部材と、スライドボディ、および前記ベース部材の一対のベースレールにそれぞれ対向するように配置されて前記スライドボディに設置される一対のスライドレールを備え、前記ベースレールと前記スライドレールとの間に配置されるボールベアリングによって前記スライドレールが前記ベースレールに対して摺動することにより前記ベース部材に対してスライド可能に設置されるスライド部材と、前記ベースレールと前記スライドレールとの間に配置されたボールベアリングに対する予圧を調整することができるように、前記一対のスライドレールのいずれか一方と前記スライドボディとの間に設置され、前記スライドボディに対する前記スライドレールの間隔を調節する予圧調整部とを含んでなり、前記予圧調整部は、テーパー状をして前記スライドボディと前記スライドレールとの間に長手方向に配置される円錐型ウェッジと、前記円錐型ウェッジを長手方向に進退させる調節ねじとを備え、前記円錐型ウェッジの進退に応じて前記スライドボディと前記スライドレール間の間隔を調節することを特徴とする、予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。
- 前記予圧調整部は、前記スライドボディと前記スライドレール間の長手方向の両端にそれぞれ一つずつ2つが互いに対向するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。
- 前記ベースボディはアルミニウム素材で形成され、両側にレール結合溝を有し、
前記ベースレールはアルミニウムより剛性が大きい耐磨耗性材料で形成されて前記レール結合溝に嵌合され、
前記スライドボディはアルミニウム素材で形成され、両側にレール結合溝を有し、前記スライドレールはアルミニウムより剛性が大きい耐磨耗性材料で形成され、前記レール結合溝に嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。 - 前記ベースレールは、前記ベース部材のレール結合溝に金属接着剤を充填し、該レール結合溝に組み立てられる特徴とする、請求項3に記載の予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。
- 前記ボールベアリングは、前記ベースレールと前記スライドレールに対して直接接触して転がり運動をするスチールボール、および前記スチールボールの直径より小さい直径を有し、合成樹脂素材で形成されて潤滑特性を持つ樹脂ボールから構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。
- 前記スチールボールと前記樹脂ボールは互いに交互に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。
- 前記ベースレールと前記スライドレールにはそれぞれ前記スチールボールが配置される定着溝が設けられ、該定着溝には周囲に比べて突出した摩擦支持部が設けられ、該摩擦支持部には前記スチールボールの曲面に対応する加工支持面が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。
- 前記スライド部材に設置され、前記ベース部材に対して前記スライド部材を駆動するアクチュエータと前記スライド部材とが容易に結合されるようにするカップリングをさらに含み、
前記カップリングは、前記スライド部材に結合されるベース、および該ベースに回転可能に結合されるボールナットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の予圧調整型リニアガイドシステム。
