Claims (8)
- ロータおよびステータが設けられたターボマシンであって、
流体流れ部分を有し、前記流体流れ部分は、これを通る流体とロータとの間でのエネルギー交換を可能にし、ロータは、そのシャフトに装着された少なくとも1つのブレード形ホイールを備え、
電気を仕事にまたは仕事を電気に変換するのに適した電気的部分と、
ロータを半径方向に位置決めすべく機能する半径方向位置決め手段と、
高速でのロータの軸線方向バランスをとるための、ブレード形ホイールに配置された非接触軸線方向バランシング装置とを更に有するターボマシンにおいて、
半径方向位置決め手段とは別のスラストベアリングを更に有し、スラストベアリングは静圧ベアリングであり、低速ではロータの軸線方向バランスをとりかつ高速では非接触であり、
半径方向位置決め手段は単に静圧ベアリングにより構成され、ターボマシンは、前記ベアリングを加圧流体源に連結するのに適した静圧ベアリングフィード回路を有していることを特徴とするターボマシン。 - 前記スラストベアリングは、ロータの軸線に対して10°より大きい角度を形成する支持面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のターボマシン。
- 前記静圧ベアリングフィードの上流側に設けられたフィルタを更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のターボマシン。
- 前記流体流れ部分はポンプを有し、電気的部分は電気モータ)であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のターボマシン。
- 前記流体流れ部分はタービンであり、電気的部分は発電機であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のターボマシン。
- 高速時には、前記軸線方向バランシング装置は、ロータを軸線方向の所定位置に保持することを目的として、ブレード形ホイール(単一または複数)を通って流れる流体のみを使用することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のターボマシン。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載された特徴を有する、LNG、LPGまたは冷媒ミックス流体用ターボマシン。
- 加圧流体源に連結するのに適した、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のターボマシンおよびターボマシンの静圧ベアリングへのフィードを選択する手段の両方を有するターボマシン装置において、前記フィードは、前記加圧流体源またはターボマシンのメイン流体回路のいずれかであることを特徴とするターボマシン装置。
