Claims (7)
- 水流により駆動されて発電する発電機と、
水上に浮かぶ浮体と、
前記浮体に昇降自在に取り付けられて、前記発電機を支持する支持構造体と、
前記支持構造体を昇降させて前記発電機を水中と浮体上との間で移動させる昇降装置と、
前記浮体を固定物に係留する係留具と、
前記浮体に設けられ、バラスト水を貯留するバラストタンクと、
を備え、
前記浮体は、前記バラストタンクにバラスト水が注水されて水中に沈降し、前記バラストタンクに貯留されたバラスト水が排水されて水面上に浮上する、
水流発電設備。 - 請求項1において、前記バラスト水の注水および排水を制御するバラストコントローラをさらに備える水流発電設備。
- 請求項2において、前記浮体の上部に、支柱を介して上部支持台が取り付けられている水流発電設備。
- 請求項3において、前記バラストコントローラは、前記バラストタンクにバラスト水を注水して、前記上部支持台が水面近傍に位置するように前記浮体を沈降させる水流発電設備。
- 請求項3または4において、前記支柱に前記支持構造体の昇降をガイドするガイドレールが設けられている水流発電設備。
- 請求項2から5のいずれか一項において、前記バラストタンクが、当該発電設備の水平面内における重心から離れた位置に配置されている水流発電設備。
- 請求項6において、前記バラストタンクが複数設けられ、前記バラストコントローラが、前記重心からの距離が大きいバラストタンクから順次注水する水流発電設備。
