Claims (4)
- アルミ電線の端部の絶縁被覆を剥いて露出された芯線に、金属端子の芯線かしめ部をかしめて接続された圧着接続部の構造において、
前記圧着接続部の前記芯線と前記金属端子が、導電性粉末の蒸着膜により覆われていることを特徴とするアルミ電線と金属端子の圧着接続部の構造。 - 前記導電性粉末は、前記金属端子の金属と酸化還元の電位差が小さい金属材料、炭素、金の中から選んだ導電性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミ電線と金属端子の圧着接続部の構造。
- 前記金属端子は、表面に錫メッキが施された銅又は銅合金により形成された端子であり、
前記導電性粉末は、錫の酸化還元電位との差が小さい酸化還元電位を有する金属材料、炭素、金の中から選んだ導電性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアルミ電線と金属端子の圧着接続部の構造。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のアルミ電線と金属端子の圧着接続部の構造の製法であって、
前記アルミ電線の露出芯線に前記金属端子をかしめて接続された圧着接続部を真空容器内に設置し、該真空容器内に導電性材料を加熱して蒸気を発生させる蒸気源を設け、該蒸気源から発生した導電性材料の蒸気を凝縮させて前記圧着接続部に蒸着させることを特徴とするアルミ電線と金属端子の圧着接続部の構造の製法。
