Description
Claims (10)
- 生体データを測定するためのバイオセンサーであって、
その内部に生体試料が注入され、前記生体試料と反応して、前記生体試料の生体データを測定するための測定レイヤと、
前記測定レイヤの下面下に位置し、前記生体試料の反応データを測定するための測定領域として露出された下部開放ウィンドウを備え、前記下部開放ウィンドウの周辺領域から上向き突出した下部突出部を備えた下部カバーと、
前記測定レイヤの上面上に位置し、血液を収容する血液収容レイヤと、収容された血液内の分析物と反応する反応レイヤと、前記血液収容レイヤ上に位置し、血液を印加することができる露出された上部開放ウィンドウを備えて、
前記上部開放ウィンドウの外郭から一定の距離離れて下部基板方向に突出して下部基板との間に備えた測定レイヤを下向き方向に圧着する上部突出部を備えた上部カバーを含み、
前記測定レイヤを挟んで、前記上部カバーと前記下部カバーとを互いに圧着することによって、前記測定レイヤの上面と上部カバーの下面と、前記上部突出部によって毛細管空間が形成され、
前記血液は、前記血液収容レイヤでは、垂直流れに移動し、前記血液は、前記反応レイヤでは、側方流れに移動し、
前記下部突出部は、前記測定レイヤの下面を平らに圧着させ、
前記測定レイヤを挟んで、前記上部カバーと前記下部カバーとを互いに圧着することによって、前記下部突出部が、前記測定レイヤを上向きに圧着させて、前記測定レイヤの上面が上向きに曲がった、バイオセンサー。 - 前記測定レイヤは、前記生体試料との反応を通じて変色される請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記生体試料は、血液であり、
前記測定レイヤは、
注入される血液を拡散させる拡散レイヤと、
前記拡散された血液から血清のみを分離する分離レイヤと、
前記分離された血清との反応に応じて、色変化を起こす発色試薬が塗布された反応レイヤと、を含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。 - 前記拡散レイヤは、
前記分離レイヤの上部に位置する第1拡散レイヤと、
前記分離レイヤと前記反応レイヤとの間に位置した第2拡散レイヤと、を含む請求項3に記載のバイオセンサー。 - 前記分離レイヤは、ガラス纎維、ポリエステル、ニトロセルロース、ポリスルホン酸塩のうち少なくとも一つを含む請求項3に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記下部開放ウィンドウと前記上部開放ウィンドウは、大きさと位置とが互いに正確に対応する請求項1ないし請求項5のうち何れか一項に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記下部突出部と前記上部突出部は、互いに近接して挿入されている請求項1ないし請求項5のうち何れか一項に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記下部突出部と前記上部突出部は、ギャップを有した状態で互いに挿入されている請求項1ないし請求項5のうち何れか一項に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記血液収容レイヤは、
血液を拡散させる拡散レイヤと、
血液から赤血球を分離する分離レイヤと、を含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。 - 前記反応レイヤは、分析物と反応する場合に発色する発色試薬を含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
