Claims (3)
- 液体還元剤を貯蔵するタンク本体に、タンク本体内から液体還元剤を取り出すための吸込管を設け、前記タンク本体に、熱交換用の媒体が循環する上流側と下流側の媒体パイプを、タンク底部に延びるように設け、その上流側と下流側の媒体パイプを、前記吸込管の吸込口近傍で、かつ、その吸込口を包囲するように水平に折り曲げると共に折り返し部で一体とし、前記折り返し部の上面を含む前記水平に折り曲げられた媒体パイプの上面に溶接して第1隔壁板を設けると共に、前記第1隔壁板に前記吸込管と媒体パイプを貫通させ、前記折り返し部の下面を含む前記水平に折り曲げられた媒体パイプの下面に溶接して第2隔壁板を設け、前記第1隔壁板と第2隔壁板との間に形成される空間に前記吸込口を位置させたことを特徴とする還元剤タンクであって、前記第2隔壁板の前記折り返し部との接触部分から前記第2隔壁板の前記空間方向の端部までの前記水平方向の長さが前記第1隔壁板の前記折り返し部との接触部分から前記第1隔壁板の前記空間方向の端部までの前記水平方向の長さより短いことを特徴とする還元剤タンク。
- 前記空間内に温度センサの検知部を配置した請求項1記載の還元剤タンク。
- 前記吸込口が前記折り返し部より上流側の媒体パイプに近接された請求項1又は2記載の還元剤タンク。
