Description
Claims (12)
- 液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルの下部に位置するバックライトユニットと、
前記液晶パネルと前記バックライトユニットが設けられる水平面、及び前記水平面に垂直した側面からなり、前記水平面が、前記液晶パネルと前記バックライトユニットの下部全体を覆う、ボトムフレームと、
前記ボトムフレームと組立・締結され、かつ、第1垂直部で前記バックライトユニットの縁部を囲み、前記第1垂直部の内側に向かって垂直に突出した第1水平部を含む第1メインフレームと、
前記第1垂直部の外側に密着して組立・締結される第2垂直部、及び前記第2垂直部の内側に向かって垂直に突出し、その上面に前記液晶パネルが貼り付け固定される第2水平部を含む第2メインフレームと
を備え、
前記第1水平部の上面からは、リブが前記第1水平部に垂直に突出し、前記第2水平部の下面には、前記リブが嵌合されるリブ溝が設けられる
液晶表示装置。 - 前記ボトムフレームの前記側面には、第1締結突起が設けられ、前記第1垂直部は、前記側面の外側に密着され、前記第1締結突起が嵌合される第1締結ホールが設けられる
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1垂直部の外側には、第2締結突起が設けられ、前記第2垂直部には、前記第2締結突起が嵌合される第2締結ホールが設けられる
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第2水平部の端部は、傾斜面を有する
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第2水平部の下面には前記リブ溝による突出端が設けられ、前記突出端は、ラウンド処理される
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1水平部の端部には、前記突出端と噛み合う突出端部が設けられる
請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1水平部の前記上面の前記リブの一側には、第2締結溝が設けられ、前記第2水平部の下面には、前記第2締結溝に嵌合される締結段が設けられる
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1水平部の下面には、前記ボトムフレームの前記側面が嵌合される第1締結溝が設けられる
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第2メインフレームは、前記第1メインフレームに比べ、その厚さが薄い
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置 。 - 前記液晶パネルは、両面テープを含む接着パッドを介して前記第2水平部の前記上面に貼り付け固定される
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記バックライトユニットは、LEDアセンブリ、導光板及び光学シートを含む
請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルの下部に位置するバックライトユニットと、
前記液晶パネルと前記バックライトユニットが設けられる水平面、及び前記水平面に垂直した側面からなり、前記水平面が、前記液晶パネルと前記バックライトユニットの下部全体を覆う、ボトムフレームと、
前記ボトムフレームと組立・締結され、かつ、第1垂直部で前記バックライトユニットの縁部を囲み、前記第1垂直部の内側に向かって垂直に突出した第1水平部を含む第1メインフレームと、
前記第1垂直部の外側に密着して組立・締結される第2垂直部、及び前記第2垂直部の内側に向かって垂直に突出し、その上面に前記液晶パネルが貼り付け固定される第2水平部を含む第2メインフレームと
を備えた液晶表示装置の製造方法であって、
前記第1メインフレームの前記第1水平部の上面において、前記第1水平部に垂直に突出するリブを形成しておく工程と、
前記第2メインフレームの前記第2水平部の下面において、前記リブが嵌合されるリブ溝を形成しておく工程と、
前記第1メインフレームに形成された前記リブと、前記第2メインフレームに形成された前記リブ溝とを嵌合させて二重構造のメインフレームを形成する工程と
を備える液晶表示装置の製造方法。
