嫌気チャンバー(バクトロン嫌気チャンバー)内で、脱気滅菌塩溶液(1Lの水中に3.1183gのNaCl、1.3082mgのNaHCO3、47.70mgのKCl、72.00mgのCaCl2、54.49mgのMgSO4、172.28mgのNa2SO4、43.92mgのNa2CO3)が、油田から単離されたSRB集団で、106〜107CFU/mLの最終バクテリア濃度で汚染された。次いで、この汚染水のアリコートがTHPS、NaOPP、またはTHPS/NaOPP組み合わせで、様々な活性物濃度レベルで処理された。この混合物が40℃で24時間インキュベートされた後で、このアリコート中で生きているバクテリアが培養培地中で検出された。このアリコートにおいてバクテリアを完全に殺すための最小の試験殺生物剤濃度(MBC)によって、殺生物有効性が決定された。表4は各殺生物剤およびそのブレンドの有効性、並びに各組み合わせの相乗指数をまとめる。

Claims (2)
- (a)テトラキス(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホニウム塩およびトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスフィンからなる群から選択されるヒドロキシメチル置換リン化合物と、
(b)オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩である第2の殺生物剤とを含み、
ヒドロキシメチル置換リン化合物:オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩の重量比が15:1〜1:5である、
相乗的抗微生物組成物。 - 前記重量比が10:1〜1:4である請求項1に記載の組成物。
