Description
嫌気チャンバー(バクトロン(Bactron)嫌気チャンバー)内で、脱気滅菌塩溶液(1Lの水中に3.1183gのNaCl、1.3082mgのNaHCO3、47.70mgのKCl、72.00mgのCaCl2、54.49mgのMgSO4、172.28mgのNa2SO4、43.92mgのNa2CO3)が、油田から単離された嫌気性集団、主としてSRBで、106〜107CFU/mLの最終バクテリア濃度で汚染された。次いで、この汚染水のアリコートがTHPS、ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジン(HHT)、またはTHPS/HHT組み合わせで、様々な活性物濃度レベルで処理された。この混合物が40℃で24時間インキュベートされた後で、このアリコートにおいてバクテリアを完全に殺すための最小の試験殺生物剤濃度(MBC)によって、殺生物有効性が決定された。表1は各殺生物剤およびそのブレンドの有効性、並びに各組み合わせの相乗指数*1をまとめる。

嫌気チャンバー(バクトロン(BACTRON)IV)内で、殺生物剤溶液が油田のSRB集団104〜105CFU/mL、および10ppmスルフィドイオン(硫化ナトリウムの形態で添加された)で汚染された。次いで、この殺生物剤溶液が嫌気的条件下で80℃で、毎日のSRB集団(104〜105CFU/mL)およびスルフィドイオン(10ppm)の添加を伴って、7日間インキュベートされた。2時間および7日間の熱、SRBおよびスルフィド曝露の後で、99.999%または完全にバクテリアを殺すのに必要とされる最小の試験殺生物剤用量を選択することによって、殺生物有効性が決定された。次いで、相乗指数が計算された。表2は各殺生物剤およびそのブレンドの有効性、並びに各組み合わせの相乗指数をまとめる。

PBS緩衝液(pH7)が緑膿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)ATCC10145および黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC6538で、約106CFU/mLの最終バクテリア濃度で汚染された。次いで、この汚染水のアリコートがTHPS、NaOPP、またはTHPS/NaOPP組み合わせで、様々な活性物濃度レベルで処理された。この混合物が37℃で24時間インキュベートされた後で、生きているバクテリアが連続希釈法を用いて数えられた。このアリコートにおいて99.999%のバクテリア低減のための最小の試験殺生物剤濃度によって、殺生物有効性が決定された。表6は各殺生物剤およびそのブレンドの有効性、並びに各組み合わせの相乗指数をまとめる。
Claims (7)
- (a)テトラキス(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホニウム塩およびトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスフィンからなる群から選択されるヒドロキシメチル置換リン化合物と、
(b)(i)ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジン、(ii)2,6−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキサン−4−イルアセタート、および(iii)オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩からなる群から選択される第2の殺生物剤とを含み、
ヒドロキシメチル置換リン化合物:ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジンの重量比が15:1〜1:15であり、
ヒドロキシメチル置換リン化合物:2,6−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキサン−4−イルアセタートの重量比が15:1〜1:15であり、
ヒドロキシメチル置換リン化合物:オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩の重量比が15:1〜1:5である、
相乗的抗微生物組成物。 - 前記第2の殺生物剤がヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジンである請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記重量比が12:1〜1:12である請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記第2の殺生物剤が2,6−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキサン−4−イルアセタートである請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記重量比が10:1〜1:10である請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記第2の殺生物剤がオルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記重量比が10:1〜1:4である請求項6に記載の組成物。
