Claims (14)
- 複合構造における強化材として使用される織予備成型品であって、
前記織予備成形品の横断方向に沿って配置される複数の横繊維と、該複数の横繊維と織り合わされ、且つ、前記織予備成形品の長手方向に沿って配置される複数の縦繊維を有する三次元織の中央部分と;
第1の端部部分と;
第2の端部部分と;
を備え、
前記中央部分は、前記織予備成型品の全長に渡って配置される、前記織予備成型品の外部表面上の1つ以上の縦繊維を備え、
前記織予備成型品は、前記織予備成型品の全長に渡って配置される1つ以上の第1の縦繊維と、前記織予備成型品から外に出して織られ、前記中央部分から前記第1及び第2の端部部分の少なくとも1つへの推移部をもたらす複数の第2の縦繊維とを備え、
前記中央部分には前記第1の縦繊維と前記第2の縦繊維が配置され、前記第1の端部部分と前記第2の端部部分には、前記第1の縦繊維のみが配置されることにより、前記中央部分と前記第1及び前記第2の端部部分とで前記織予備成形品の厚さが異なることを特徴とする、織予備成型品。 - 複合構造における強化材として使用される織予備成型品を製造する方法であって、

複数の縦繊維を複数の横繊維と織って、三次元織の第2の端部部分を形成する工程と;

前記織予備成型品の外部表面にある一つ以上の縦繊維が前記織予備成型品の全長に渡って配置されるように、複数の縦繊維を複数の横繊維と織り、三次元織の中央部分を形成する工程と;
前記中央部分の隣り合う層の二つ以上の縦繊維が、前記中央部分の端部の分岐部において、お互いに交差するように織られることを特徴とする、織予備成型品を製造する方法。 - 複合構造における強化材として使用される織予備成型品であって、

前記織予備成形品の横断方向である横方向に沿って配置される第1糸と、;

前記第1及び第2糸は、前記中央部分において織り合わされた層を形成し、
織られた中央部分の第1領域には、織られた中央部分の第2領域よりも多くの第2糸が存在することにより、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とで前記織予備成形品の厚さが異なることを特徴とする、織予備成型品。 - 複合構造における強化材として使用される織予備成型品を製造する方法であって、

前記複数の横糸は前記織予備成形品の横断方向に沿って配置され、
一つ以上の縦糸が、前記織予備成型品の全長に渡って配置され、その他の縦糸が、前記織予備成型品の全長には満たないように配置されることにより、長手方向の場所によって前記織予備成形品の厚さが異なることを特徴とする、織予備成型品。 - 複合構造を強化するために用いられる織予備成型品であって、
三次元織の中央部分を備え、該中央部分は、前記織予備成形品の横断方向に沿って配置される複数の横繊維と、該複数の横繊維と織り合わされ、且つ、前記織予備成形品の長手方向に沿って配置される複数の縦繊維を有し、前記織予備成型品の外部表面上の一つ以上の縦繊維が前記織予備成型品の全長に渡って配置され、前記織予備成形品の一部の縦繊維が前記織予備成形品の全長には満たないように配置されることにより、長手方向の場所によって前記織予備成形品の厚さが異なることを特徴とする、織予備成型品。 - 複合構造を強化するために用いられる織予備成型品を製造する方法であって、
複数の縦繊維を複数の横繊維と織り、三次元織の中央部分を形成する工程を有し、
前記複数の縦繊維は前記織予備成形品の長手方向に沿って配置され、前記複数の横繊維は前記織予備成形品の横断方向に沿って配置され、
前記織予備成型品の外部表面上の一つ以上の縦繊維が、前記織予備成型品の全長に渡って配置され、前記織予備成形品の一部の縦繊維が前記織予備成形品の全長には満たないように配置されることにより、長手方向の場所によって前記織予備成形品の厚さが異なるように織られていることを特徴とする、織予備成型品を製造する方法。 - 複合構造を強化するために用いられる織予備成型品であって、
三次元織の中央部分を備え、該中央部分は、複数の横繊維と織り合わされる複数の縦繊維を有し、二つ以上の縦繊維が、前記中央部分の端部の分岐部においてお互いに交差することを特徴とする、織予備成型品。 - 複合構造を強化するために用いられる織予備成型品を製造する方法において、
複数の縦繊維を複数の横繊維と織り、三次元織の中央部分を形成する工程を有し、
二つ以上の縦繊維が、前記中央部分の端部の分岐部においてお互いに交差するように織られていることを特徴とする、織予備成型品を製造する方法。 - 複合構造を強化するために用いられる織予備成型品であって、
三次元織のコアを備え、該コアは、
前記織予備成形品の横断方向である横方向に沿って配置される複数の第1糸と;
前記織予備成形品の長手方向である縦方向に沿って配置される複数の第2糸とを備え、
前記織られたコアの第1領域において、前記織られたコアの第2領域よりも、多くの第2糸が存在することにより、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とで前記織予備成形品の厚さが異なることを特徴とする、織予備成型品。 - 複合構造を強化するために用いられる織予備成型品を形成する方法において、
第1及び第2の糸を織り、前記織予備成型品の第1領域において、三次元織のコアを形成する工程と;
前記織予備成型品の第2領域において、選択された第2糸の全長の一部を外に出し、第2領域において三次元織のコアの厚さを減少させる工程とを有し、
前記第1の糸は前記織予備成形品の横断方向に沿って配置され、
前記第2の糸は前記織予備成形品の長手方向に沿って配置され、
前記第1領域に配置される前記第2の糸が、前記第2領域に配置される前記第2の糸よりも多いことにより、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とで前記織予備成形品の厚さが異なることを特徴とする、織予備成型品を製造する方法。 - 複合構造を強化するために用いられる織予備成型品であって、
三次元織のコアを備え、該コアは、
複数の横糸と織り合わされる複数の縦糸を備え、
前記複数の縦糸は前記織予備成形品の長手方向に沿って配置され、
前記複数の横糸は前記織予備成形品の横断方向に沿って配置され、
