Description
Claims (11)
- 缶、電極組立体およびキャップ組立体を含むベアセル、を含み、前記キャップ組立体は保護回路組立体を含み、
前記保護回路組立体は保護回路プレートを含み、
該保護回路プレートは、前記缶の開口部を覆うように位置し、金属からなる第1プレートと、該第1プレートの上部に位置し、絶縁層および導電性金属パターンを含み、エポキシ材質からなる第2プレートと、を含み、
前記第2プレートの両短側部は、それぞれ前記第1プレートの両短側部の内側に位置し、前記第2プレートの両長側部は、それぞれ前記第1プレートの両長側部の内側に位置し、
前記第2プレートの外側に露出した前記第1プレートの最外周部は、前記ベアセルの缶の上端部と溶接により固定され、
前記第2プレートの下面と前記第1プレートの上面は接触する、ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1プレートはアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2プレートは可撓性印刷回路基板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2プレートの下面には、前記第1プレートと前記導電性金属パターンを電気的に接続させる端子部が位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2プレート上には、導電性金属パターンと電気的に接続され、前記ベアセルを外部素子と電気的に接続する充放電端子部が位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記充放電端子部はハウジングおよび充放電端子を含み、前記充放電端子は前記第2プレートに表面実装されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ハウジングは絶縁材料からなり、前記充放電端子は複数枚の金属板からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路組立体は、前記保護回路組立体の中央領域に形成された端子孔および前記端子孔に挿入される電極端子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2プレート上には、前記電極端子および前記導電性金属パターンと電気的に接続されるリードプレートが位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2プレート上には、導電性金属パターンと電気的に接続される保護回路素子が位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2プレートと前記充放電端子部との間には保護回路素子が位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
