前記筐体に一体化している第1の指標付部材を備え、前記筐体は、上部キーリッジと縦方向に対向する下部キーリッジを有し、前記下部キーリッジ及び上部キーリッジは、第1の開口部及び第2の開口部を形成するため、長軸から半径方向に放射状に延びており、長軸に垂直な相対的動作を介し第2指標付部材に配列する際、それぞれ、第1の指標付部材の第1の開口部及び第2の開口部が第2の指標付部材の第1のカラーキー及び第2のカラーキーに相補的に適合し、ここで、第1の指標付部材及び第2の指標付部材の相補的結合は、容器及び薬物送達及び制御装置の間の流体連通を可能にし、前記第1の開口部及び第2の開口部は異なる軸幅又は位置ずれした中央平面のうちの少なくともいずれか1つを有することを特徴とし、かつ

前記筐体に一体化している第1の指標付部材であって、前記第1の指標付部材は第2の指標付部材に補完的になるように適合された、第1の指標付部材と、
前記弁組立体と流体連通した容器であって、前記容器は、原薬および不活性キャリアガスを収納する、容器と、を備え、前記筐体は、上部キーリッジと縦方向に対向する下部キーリッジを有し、前記下部キーリッジ及び上部キーリッジは、第1の開口部及び第2の開口部を形成するため、長軸から半径方向に放射状に延びており、長軸に垂直な相対的動作を介し第2指標付部材に配列する際、それぞれ、第1の指標付部材の第1の開口部及び第2の開口部が第2の指標付部材の第1のカラーキー及び第2のカラーキーに相補的に適合し、ここで、第1の指標付部材及び第2の指標付部材の相補的結合は、容器及び薬物送達及び制御装置の間の流体連通を可能にし、前記第1の開口部及び第2の開口部は異なる軸幅又は位置ずれした中央平面のうちの少なくともいずれか1つを有することを特徴とし、かつ
ここで、前記弁は長軸に沿って直線的に作動され、かつ単一移動において、薬物送達及び制御装置の整列形成、前記容器の密封、かつ解放をすることを特徴とする、指標付薬物収納装置の組立体。 - 前記筐体に一体化した第3の指標付部材であって、前記第3の指標付部材は第4の指標付部材に補完的になるように適合された、第3の指標付部材をさらに備え、前記第1の指標付部材は前記第4の指標付部材に非補完的であり、前記第3の指標付部材は前記第2の指標付部材に非補完的である、請求項2に記載の指標付薬物収納装置。
- 複数の指標付部材であって、各指標付部材は対応する指標付部材に補完的になり、非対応する指標付部材に非補完的になるように適合された、複数の指標付部材をさらに備え、1つまたは複数の指標付部材は、前記原薬の識別および容器濃度を示すように所定のように適合される、請求項2に記載の指標付薬物収納装置。
- 前記原薬は、一酸化窒素を含み、前記不活性キャリアガスはN2を含み、前記容器濃度は、約50ppmから10,000ppmの範囲であり、
前記原薬は、一酸化炭素を含み、前記不活性キャリアガスは、O2を含み、前記容器濃度は、約500ppmから20,000ppmの範囲であり、
前記原薬は、適切な濃度のカルコゲニド化合物である、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の指標付薬物収納装置。 - 前記第1の指標付部材または前記第2の指標付部材は、
舌部、突起部、ポスト、リッジ、突出部、もしくはレールから選択されたキー、または
溝、スロット、通路、孔または穴から選択された開口である、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の指標付薬物収納装置。 - 主要部が薬物送達及び制御装置であり、薬物送達及び制御装置によって作動する、直線的に作動させる指標付薬物収納装置の組立体であって、前記薬物送達及び制御装置は、

前記筐体に一体化している第1の指標付部材であって、前記第1の指標付部材は第2の指標付部材に補完的になるように適合された、第1の指標付部材と、
前記弁組立体と流体連通した容器であって、前記容器は原薬および不活性キャリアガスを収納する、容器と、

- 請求項1に記載の、筐体および弁であって、前記弁は前記筐体内に配置されている、筐体および弁と、無線周波数受信機と連通するように適合された無線自動識別装置と、を備える弁組立。

無線周波数受信機と連通するように適合された無線自動識別装置と、

ここで、前記弁は長軸に沿って直線的に作動され、かつ単一移動において、薬物送達及び制御装置の整列形成、前記容器の密封、かつ解放をすることを特徴とする、指標付薬物収納装置の組立体。 - 請求項8または13の前記指標付薬物収納装置の組立体を提供することを含むその必要とする患者において、肺血管拡張をもたらす、または臓器移植の予後、臓器移植に関連した遅延したグラフ機能、嚢胞性線維症、腸閉塞、壊死性腸炎、血管再狭窄、肝臓炎、肝臓炎に関連した急性肝不全および出血性ショックからなる群から選択される疾病または障害を治療するため、および一酸化炭素が制御され、かつ調整された薬剤投与および投与率を前記患者に送達する為の指標付薬物収納装置の組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の、患者に対する原薬の送達を調整するための薬物送達装置であって、
指標付薬物収納装置の少なくとも一部と係合するように適合されたレセプタクルを備える受入れ組立体と、
前記指標付薬物収納装置の前記弁と係合するように適合された座部と、
前記弁組立体および前記容器を軸に沿って直線的に作動させるように適合し、前記弁および前記座部と係合するように適合されたプランジャ組立体であって、前記プランジャ組立体は、
前記襟部に固定されたキャリッジと、
ばねと係合するように適合されたカムを有するレバーであって、前記ばねは前記キャリッジ、前記弁組立体、前記容器および前記襟部を前記軸に沿って直線的に作動させるように適合された、レバーと、
前記患者に対する前記原薬の送達を調整するために適合された、制御可能な薬物送達および調整装置と、を備えるプランジャ組立体と、を備える薬物送達装置。
