Claims (5)
- 一又は複数本の導電路の経路保持をする部分、若しくは、前記導電路の外側に設けられた外装部材の経路保持をする部分に、水硬化性固定部材又は光硬化性固定部材を、前記導電路又は前記外装部材の経路保持をする部分の配索経路に沿った形状に形成し前記水硬化性固定部材又は前記光硬化性固定部材を硬化させて経路保持部を設け、
該経路保持部における前記水硬化性固定部材又は前記光硬化性固定部材を筒状且つ少なくとも径方向に伸縮性を有する部材に形成する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記導電路と前記経路保持部との間にシールド部材を配設する、若しくは、前記外装部材と前記経路保持部との間にシールド部材を配設する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項2に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記シールド部材に前記経路保持部から露出する電気的接続部を設ける
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 一又は複数本の導電路に対し、若しくは、該導電路の外装部材に対し、この一又は複数箇所の経路保持をする部分に筒状且つ少なくとも径方向に伸縮性を有する水硬化性固定部材又は光硬化性固定部材を設け、前記水硬化性固定部材又は前記光硬化性固定部材を、前記導電路又は前記外装部材の経路保持をする部分の配索経路に沿った形状に形成する第一工程と、
少なくとも前記導電路又は前記外装部材の経路保持をする部分の配索経路に沿った形状にした状態に前記水硬化性固定部材又は光硬化性固定部材を硬化させる第二工程と、
を含む
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法において、
前記水硬化性固定部材又は光硬化性固定部材を径方向に拡径させつつ前記所定部分まで挿通した後、前記水硬化性固定部材又は光硬化性固定部材をこの縮径により前記所定部分に密着させる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
