辺縁に完全で崩壊しない縫合リンクを有することは不可能かもしれないが、鎖状または連続縫合部は可能な限り完全で連続的であるべきである。

Claims (8)
- 腔内人工器官装置であって、
縦糸および横糸を含むグラフトと、
体腔に係止される複数のアンカリングステントとを含み、
前記複数のアンカリングステントの各々は、U字形状に湾曲する頂部と、該頂部の2つの端部のそれぞれから連続して延びる、体腔の内壁に係止される2本の支柱とを有し、前記頂部が、少なくとも3つの貫通部においてグラフト糸の間を貫通する、少なくとも2つの縫い目によって前記グラフトに固定され、
前記縫い目は、前記頂部の湾曲の内側において、前記3つの貫通部のうちの1つを共有する、腔内人工器官装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つの縫い目は連続縫合部を形成する、請求項1に記載の腔内人工器官装置。
- 前記グラフトは、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンおよびポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる群から選択される材料でできている、請求項1に記載の腔内人工器官装置。
- 前記縫い目は、ポリエステル、ナイロン、ポリアラミド、ポリプロピレンおよびポリエチレンからなる群から選択される、モノフィラメントまたは撚られたマルチフィラメント材料を含む、請求項1に記載の腔内人工器官装置。
- 前記アンカリングステントは、ステンレス鋼、チタンおよび形状記憶材料からなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の腔内人工器官装置。
