Description

下処理された歯の表面を洗浄及び殺菌するための組成物。 - 経口的に許容され得る付加塩がクロルヘキシジンジグルコナートである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- エチレンジアミン四酢酸が組成物の1〜17重量パーセントの量で存在し、クロルヘキシ
ジンまたは経口的に許容され得る付加塩が組成物の0.1〜0.5重量パーセントの量で存在し、N-セチル-N,N,N-トリメチルアンモニウムブロミドが組成物の0.1〜0.5重量パーセント
の量で存在する、請求項1記載の組成物。 - (a)クロルヘキシジンまたは経口的に許容され得る付加塩と、N-セチル-N,N,N-トリメチルアンモニウムブロミドとを水中で合わせ、クロルヘキシジン含有水溶液を提供すること;および
(b)エチレンジアミン四酢酸を該クロルヘキシジン含有水溶液に加え、クロルヘキシジン含有組成物を提供すること
を含む、クロルヘキシジン含有組成物の製造方法であって、該クロルヘキシジン含有組成物は、
エチレンジアミン四酢酸が組成物の0.5〜20重量パーセントの量で存在し、
クロルヘキシジンまたは経口的に許容され得る付加塩が組成物の0.01〜5.0重量パーセントの量で存在し、
N-セチル-N,N,N-トリメチルアンモニウムブロミドが組成物の0.001〜3.0重量パーセントの量で存在し、
N-セチル-N,N,N-トリメチルアンモニウムブロミドのクロルヘキシジンまたは経口的に許容され得る付加塩に対する比が5:1〜1:1であり、且つ
溶液である、下処理された歯の表面を洗浄及び殺菌するための組成物である、製造方法。 - クロルヘキシジン含有水溶液が1〜20重量%のクロルヘキシジン濃度を有する、請求項4記載の方法。
- エチレンジアミン四酢酸が溶液として加えられる、請求項4記載の方法。
- エチレンジアミン四酢酸が1〜50重量%のエチレンジアミン四酢酸濃度を有する溶液として加えられる、請求項4記載の方法。
- クロルヘキシジン含有組成物が、1〜17重量パーセントの量のエチレンジアミン四酢酸、0.1〜0.5重量パーセントの量のクロルヘキシジンまたは経口的に許容され得る付加塩、および0.1〜0.5重量パーセントの量のN-セチル-N,N,N-トリメチルアンモニウムブロミド
を含む、請求項4記載の方法。 - 下処理された歯の表面が根管を含むものである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 歯内の陥凹または下処理された歯の表面が歯内の部位のものである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 根管が器具が装着された根管である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 歯内の陥凹または下処理された歯の表面が歯周病の処置のために下処理されたものである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 根管が歯の修復のために下処理された部位のものである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 根管が歯の再構築のために下処理されたものである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 根管が1分〜1時間洗浄されるものである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜3又は9〜15のいずれか1項記載の組成物、および、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを含む組成物を含む、歯内の陥凹または下処理された歯の表面からスメア層を除去し、それらを滅菌するためのキット。
