Claims (5)
- a)ガルバノミラおよび焦点調整光学系を含み、出射されるレーザビームを3次元走査することができるスキャンヘッドを複数準備する工程であって、該複数のスキャンヘッドとして、少なくとも、第1のスキャンヘッドおよび該第1のスキャンヘッドに隣接する第2のスキャンヘッドを準備する工程と、
b)3次元構造の溶着領域を有する吸光性樹脂部材と、該吸光性樹脂部材の溶着領域に対応する溶着領域を有する透光性樹脂部材と、を用意し、該前記吸光性樹脂部材の溶着領域と該透光性樹脂部材の溶着領域とを対向圧着配置して溶着部を画定するとともに、該溶着部の該透光性樹脂部材側が前記複数のスキャンヘッドを向くように配置する工程と、
c)前記複数のスキャンヘッド各々から出射されるレーザビームを前記透光性樹脂部材側から前記溶着部に入射し、該レーザビームにより該溶着部を照射しながら、該レーザビームを3次元走査して該溶着部全体をほぼ同時に加熱・溶融し、前記吸光性樹脂部材と前記透光性樹脂部材とを溶着する工程と、
を有し、
前記工程c)は、
c1)前記溶着部を、その延在方向について、前記第1のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームのみが照射される第1の単一照射領域と、前記第2のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームのみが照射される第2の単一照射領域と、前記第1および第2の単一照射領域の間に位置し、前記第1および第2のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームが照射される複合照射領域と、に少なくとも区分するサブ工程と、
c2)前記第1のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームを、第1種の走査軌道として、前記第1の単一照射領域内においてその延在方向に走査し、また、第2種の走査軌道として、前記第1の単一照射領域と前記複合照射領域の一部領域との合成領域内においてその延在方向に走査するサブ工程であって、該レーザビームを少なくとも該第1種および第2種の走査軌道で繰り返し走査するサブ工程と、
c3)前記第2のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームを、第3種の走査軌道として、前記第2の単一照射領域内においてその延在方向に走査し、また、第4種の走査軌道として、前記第2の単一照射領域と前記複合照射領域の一部領域との合成領域内においてその延在方向に走査するサブ工程であって、該レーザビームを少なくとも該第3種および第4種の走査軌道で繰り返し走査するサブ工程と、
を含む樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記サブ工程c2)において、前記第1のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームを、前記第1種の走査軌道と前記第2種の走査軌道との間で交互に走査し、
前記サブ工程c3)において、前記第2のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームを、前記第3種の走査軌道と前記第4種の走査軌道との間で交互に走査する請求項1記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記サブ工程c1)において、前記溶着部を、その幅方向について、複数の走査ラインに区分し
前記サブ工程c2)において、前記第1のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームを、前記複数の走査ラインに沿って順次走査するとともに、該走査ライン毎に少なくとも前記第1種および第2種の走査軌道で走査し、
前記サブ工程c3)において、前記第2のスキャンヘッドから出射されるレーザビームを、前記複数の走査ラインに沿って順次走査するとともに、該走査ライン毎に少なくとも前記第3種および第4種の走査軌道で走査する請求項1または2記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記工程c)において、前記複数のスキャンヘッド各々から出射されるレーザビームの走査速度を、位置により変化させる請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記工程c)において、前記複数のスキャンヘッド各々から出射されるレーザビームの焦点距離を、位置により変化させる請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
