Description
仮想xyz直交座標系において、吸光性樹脂部材の溶着領域と透光性樹脂部材の対応する溶着領域をz方向に沿って対向圧接配置し、所定の光エネルギを有するレーザビームをz方向上方より前記透光性樹脂部材から入射し、照射される前記光エネルギに応じた発熱で前記溶着領域を加熱・溶融し、前記透光性樹脂部材と前記吸光性樹脂部材を溶着する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記溶着領域は、照射される前記光エネルギの変化を抑制するように、xy平面に対する該幅方向の傾きが位置により変化する構造であり、
前記レーザビームは、前記溶着領域の同一溶着ライン上を繰り返し走査して全体を同時に加熱・溶融する樹脂成形品の製造方法、
が提供される。

Claims (6)
- 仮想xyz直交座標系において、吸光性樹脂部材の溶着領域と透光性樹脂部材の対応する溶着領域をz方向に沿って対向圧接配置し、所定の光エネルギを有するレーザビームをz方向上方より前記透光性樹脂部材から入射し、照射される前記光エネルギに応じた発熱で前記溶着領域を加熱・溶融し、前記透光性樹脂部材と前記吸光性樹脂部材を溶着する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記溶着領域は、照射される前記光エネルギの変化を抑制するように、xy平面に対する該幅方向の傾きが位置により変化する構造であり、
前記レーザビームは、前記溶着領域の同一溶着ライン上を繰り返し走査して全体を同時に加熱・溶融する樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記レーザビームが照射する位置のxy平面に対する入射角を第1の入射角としたとき、前記溶着領域は、xy平面に対して前記第1の入射角に対応する傾斜を有する構造である請求項1記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法
- 前記溶着領域への入射角を第2の入射角とし、前記第2の入射角が位置により変化する場合には、前記レーザビームの走査速度を前記第2の入射角に応じて変化させ、加熱温度を平均化する請求項1または2記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記溶着領域への入射角を第2の入射角とし、単一のレーザビームを用いると前記第2の入射角が位置により変化する場合には、前記レーザビームを複数用いて1つのレーザビームが照射する照射領域を制限し、加熱温度を平均化する請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記レーザビームの走査は、ガルバノスキャナを用いる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記レーザビームの焦点は、前記溶着領域からデフォーカスする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
