Description
Claims (13)
- 特に高速機械に適し、かつ、金属容器自体に対する一連の作業工程を実施することを意図された金属容器加工装置であって、連続して接続され、かつ、協働して金属容器の移送と処理とを同時に行う、複数の要素(12)からなるチェーンを備え、
前記要素(12)は、1つの金属容器(18)を受けるインターフェース要素(16)を受けるのに適した略環状の中央要素(12’)と、中央要素(12’)に対して対向する位置にあり、夫々、チェーンの経路に垂直な方向に向けられた貫通孔を有する雄型拡張部(14)及び雌型拡張部(14’)とを有し、
前記要素(12)の雄型拡張部(14)と隣接する前記要素(12)の雌型拡張部(14’)との間の結合は、少なくとも結合の一部にトロイダル状(円環状)の構成を含んだヒンジ結合であり、
雄型拡張部(14)にのみ、環状をなし、かつ、貫通孔と同心に、少なくとも一つの耐摩擦要素(17)を設けたことを特徴とする装置。 - チェーンの移動及び経路をコントロールするための手段を備えた、請求項1に記載の装置。
- チェーンの移動及び経路をコントロールするための前記手段は、駆動ホイール(13)及び/又は空転ホイール(15)からなる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 隣接する前記要素(12)間のトロイダル式結合は、前記要素(12)自体の相補形状の拡張部(14、14’)の貫通孔と同心に挿入されたピン(22)を有する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ピン(22)の両端並びに前記要素(12)単体の上面及び底面に位置するよう配設された、高速機械の駆動ホイール(13)及び空転ホイール(15)への接触手段を備えた、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記接触手段は、中央要素(12’)の側面の近傍に設けられ、前記ピンは、少なくとも、中央要素の厚さに2つの接触手段の厚さを加えた厚さに相当する長さを有し、両端において係止されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 高速機械の駆動ホイール(13)及び空転ホイール(15)への接触手段は、
前記ピン(22)と同心に配設された少なくとも一つの耐摩擦要素(24)及び/又は、前記耐摩擦要素(24)と同心に配設された緩衝要素(26)を有する、請求項5または6に記載の装置。 - 前記耐摩擦要素(24)は少なくとも一つの転がり軸受けを有する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記緩衝要素(26)は前記耐摩擦要素(24)の外側に配設された、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 前記緩衝要素(26)は前記耐摩擦要素(24)の内側に配設された、請求項7ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記緩衝要素(26)が前記駆動ホイール(13)及び/又は前記空転ホイール(15)に配設されている、請求項7ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの角度参照要素(20)が前記要素(12)の中央要素(12’)の表面に設けられている、請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記空転ホイール(15)は、チェーンの張りを常に維持するのに適し、かつ、チェーンの不整を補償するのに適したタイトナーを画定する、請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
