Description
Claims (14)
- ノズルの直径によって燃料ノズルの進入を制限する、車両燃料システムへの補給用注入口組立体のための防止装置であって、
前記注入口組立体の中を通って進入することを阻止する移動可能な障害物と、
前記移動可能な障害物の上流にあってノズルの直径に応答する、拡張可能な開口部を有するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに接続されていて、前記拡張可能な開口部のサイズに依存して前記移動可能な障害物を選択的に係合させたり外したりするロック部材とを備え、
前記アクチュエータの拡張可能な開口部は、径方向開口部の反対側の固定部と移動可能な翼部とによって、それらの間に形成される、防止装置。 - 前記翼部のそれぞれが、複数の翼区画を含み、
前記翼部のそれぞれの遠位区画が、前記移動可能な障害物と選択的に係合するアームを有する、請求項1に記載の防止装置。 - 前記移動可能な障害物が、主要遮断弁のフラッパ扉である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の防止装置。
- 前記翼部のそれぞれの遠位区画が、前記フラッパ扉と選択的に係合するアームを有する、請求項3に記載の防止装置。
- 隣り合った翼区画が可撓性接続部によって互いに接続されている、請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の防止装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは、周辺部が接続された第1と第2のグループの区画を有し、これらの区画が、前記アクチュエータを貫通して、ノズルの許容可能な最小直径よりも小さく、ノズルの許容できない最大直径よりも大きい直径を持つ軸方向開口部を規定しており、
前記軸方向開口部は、少なくとも許容可能な最小直径のノズルを挿入することによって及ぼされる力を受けて広がって前記区画を移動させ、
前記区画のうちの2つの区画から互いのほうに、第1と第2のロック用アームが延びている、請求項1に記載の防止装置。 - 前記移動可能な障害物が、主要遮断弁のフラッパ扉であり、
前記第1と第2のロック用アームが、前記開口部を広げることなく前記フラッパ扉と係合していて、前記開口部が広がったときに前記フラッパ扉が外れる、請求項6に記載の防止装置。 - 前記アクチュエータが、径方向開口部と、該径方向開口部とは反対側の固定部とを有する実質的にU字構造を規定していて、互いに向かい合った移動可能な部分を備えており、該移動可能な部分の間に前記拡張可能な軸方向開口部を規定している、請求項6または請求項7に記載の防止装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、独立に移動できる第1と第2の翼部を含み、
独立に移動できる前記第1と第2の翼部が、それぞれ、独立に移動できる複数の翼区画を含む、請求項6から請求項8のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の防止装置。 - 車両燃料システムの注入口首部組立体であって、
ノズルの直径によって燃料ノズルの進入を制限する防止装置であって請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の防止装置を備えていて、該防止装置は、その内部を貫通する拡張可能な開口部であって、径方向開口部の反対側の固定部と移動可能な翼部によって、それらの間に形成される拡張可能な開口部を備え、
前記防止装置に対し、前記拡張可能な開口部を通じて挿入される補給ノズルを受け入れる位置にある主要遮断弁を備えていて、該主要遮断弁は、該主要遮断弁から下流の位置に、燃料システムに入るのを阻止する移動可能な障害物を含んでおり、
前記防止装置は、前記拡張可能な開口部を規定する移動可能な部分を有するアクチュエータを含んでいて、前記移動可能な部分が、確立した最小直径の補給ノズルに応答して前記拡張可能な開口部を広げ、
前記移動可能な部分から突起していて、確立した最小直径のノズルがないときには前記移動可能な障害物と係合し、拡張可能な開口部を通じて挿入される少なくとも確立した最小直径のノズルによって前記移動可能な障害物から外れるロック用アームを備えている、注入口首部組立体。 - 前記アクチュエータが、固定部と、該固定部の両端にある移動可能な翼部とを有し、前記移動可能な翼部が互いに独立に移動できる、請求項10に記載の注入口首部組立体。
- 前記翼部のそれぞれが、前記移動可能な障害物に付随するロック用アームを有し、前記翼部のそれぞれが、互いに対して移動可能な複数の翼区画を有する、請求項11に記載の注入口首部組立体。
- 前記移動可能な障害物がフラッパ扉である、請求項11または請求項12に記載の注入口首部組立体。
- 前記アクチュエータが、径方向開口部と、該径方向開口部とは反対側の固定部とを有する実質的にU字構造を規定していて、互いに向かい合った移動可能な部分を備えており、該移動可能な部分の間に前記拡張可能な開口部を規定している、請求項10から請求項13のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の注入口首部組立体。
