Description
以下の材料を使用した。様々な複合型潤滑剤を、表1に従って、表2の割合で物質を混合することによって調製した。その後、物質を溶融し、続いて固化し、平均粒径15〜30μmまで微粉化した。微粉化材料を、200nm未満の第1の粒径を有する0.3重量%の細かい微粒子状二酸化ケイ素で処理した。
から利用可能な公知の潤滑剤であるKenolube(登録商標)P11、及び
から利用可能なアミドワックスPMを使用した。Kenolube(登録商標)P11は、Znを含有する有機潤滑剤であり、アミドワックスPMは、エチレンビスステアラミド、即ちEBS系の有機潤滑剤である。
スウェーデン
からすべて利用可能な、鉄粉末又は水噴霧化鉄系粉末としてのDistaloyAE(登録商標)、Astaloy(登録商標)CrM、及び水噴霧化した純粋な鉄粉末としてのASC100.29を使用した。Distaloy(登録商標)AEは、拡散焼きなましによって表面に結合したNi、Cu及びMo粒子を有する純粋な鉄からなる(4重量%のNi、1.5重量%のCu及び0.5重量%のMo)。Astaloy(登録商標)CrMは、3%のCr及び0.5%のMoを含有する、予め合金化した水噴霧化粉末である。
Distaloy(登録商標)AE系の鉄系粉末組成物を圧縮金型に入れ、800MPaにおいて金型の様々な温度で圧縮成形し、直径25mm及び高さ20mmを有する円柱にした。
Claims (11)
- 鉄粉末又は鉄系粉末及び複合型潤滑剤粒子を含む鉄系粉末の冶金用組成物であって、前記複合型潤滑剤粒子が、10〜60重量%の、18個超24個以下の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つの第1級脂肪酸アミド及び40〜90重量%の、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸ビスアミドのコアを含み、前記潤滑剤粒子が更に、前記コアに付着した少なくとも1つの金属酸化物のナノ粒子を含み、前記少なくとも1つの金属酸化物のナノ粒子は、TiO 2 、Al 2 O 3 、SnO 2 、SiO 2 、CeO 2 及びインジウムチタン酸化物からなる群から選択され、前記ナノ粒子は、500nm未満の第1の粒径を有し、前記複合型潤滑剤粒子の金属酸化物の濃度は、0.001〜10重量%である、前記冶金用組成物。
- コアが、10〜40重量%の、少なくとも1つの第1級脂肪酸アミド及び60〜90重量%の、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸ビスアミドを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- コアが、10〜30重量%の、少なくとも1つの第1級脂肪酸アミド及び70〜90重量%の、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸ビスアミドを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの脂肪酸ビスアミドが、メチレンビスオレアミド、メチレンビスステアラミド、エチレンビスオレアミド、へキシレンビスステアラミド及びエチレンビスステアラミドからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 複合型潤滑剤粒子の金属酸化物の濃度が、0.01〜5重量%である、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 複合型潤滑剤粒子の金属酸化物の濃度が0.01〜2重量%である、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- ナノ粒子が200nm未満の第1の粒径を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 複合型潤滑剤粒子が、組成物の0.01〜2重量%の間の濃度で組成物中に存在する、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 10〜60重量%の、18個超24個以下の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つの第1級脂肪酸アミド及び40〜90重量%の少なくとも1つの脂肪酸ビスアミドのコアを含む微粒子状の複合型潤滑剤粒子であって、前記コアに付着した少なくとも1つの金属酸化物のナノ粒子も含み、前記少なくとも1つの金属酸化物のナノ粒子は、TiO 2 、Al 2 O 3 、SnO 2 、SiO 2 、CeO 2 及びインジウムチタン酸化物からなる群から選択されるものであって、前記ナノ粒子は、500nm未満の第1の粒径を有し、前記金属酸化物の濃度は、0.001〜10重量%である、前記複合型潤滑剤粒子。
- 10〜60重量%の、18個超24個以下の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つの第1級脂肪酸アミド及び40〜90重量%の、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸ビスアミドを混合するステップと、
前記混合物を溶融するステップと、
前記混合物を崩壊させて複合型潤滑剤粒子のコアを形成するステップと、
TiO 2 、Al 2 O 3 、SnO 2 、SiO 2 、CeO 2 及びインジウムチタン酸化物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの金属酸化物で、500nm未満の第1の粒径を有するナノ粒子を、前記複合型潤滑剤粒子の金属酸化物の濃度が0.001〜10重量%になるように前記コアに付着させるステップと
を含む、複合型潤滑剤粒子の製造方法。 - 複合型潤滑剤粒子が、組成物の0.4〜0.7重量%の間の濃度で組成物中に存在する、請求項8に記載の組成物。
