Description
Claims (13)
- 骨折部を治療するためのデバイスであって、
骨上の所望の位置においてアンカー固定された固定プレートを受け入れるようなサイズおよび形状にされた凹部をその骨対面側上に含むプレート受入構造と、
前記固定プレートと前記デバイスとの間の相対運動を防止するように、前記固定プレートの対応する構造と係合するようなサイズおよび配置にされた噛合構造と、
前記凹部から横方向に遠離方向に突出する第1の脚部であって、前記第1の脚部は、自身を貫通して延びる第1の固定要素受入穴部を含み、前記第1の脚部の配置および方向付けは、前記所望の位置において前記骨にアンカー固定された固定プレート上に前記デバイスが受け入れられるときに、前記第1の固定要素受入穴部が、前記骨の髄腔の長手方向軸を通過することなく、前記固定要素受入穴部を通じて挿入された固定要素を通じて前記骨内にアラインされるように、配置および方向付けが行われ、前記第1の脚部は、前記固定プレートが前記凹部内に受け入れられるときに、前記第1の脚部の骨対向面が前記骨の表面と同一平面上で静止するように形成される、第1の脚部と、
を備える、デバイス。 - 前記所望の位置において前記骨にアンカー固定された固定プレート上に前記デバイスが受け入れられるときに、第2の固定要素受入穴部が、前記骨の髄腔の長手方向軸を通過することなく、前記第2の固定要素受入穴部を通じて挿入された固定要素を通じて前記骨内にアラインされるように方向付けされる、自身を貫通して延びる前記第2の固定要素受入穴部を含む第2の脚部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の固定要素受入穴部および前記第2の固定要素受入穴部は、前記骨の髄腔に入ることなく、自身を貫通して挿入された固定要素を通じて前記骨内にアラインされる、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは4つの脚部を含み、前記4つの脚部のそれぞれは第1の固定要素受入穴部および第2の固定要素受入穴部を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、中央ボディによって相互に結合された側壁部を含み、前記側壁部は、所望の位置において骨上に受け入れられるときに、前記側壁部が前記骨から放射状に外側に延び、前記側壁部の内面および前記中央ボディの骨対面側が前記凹部を規定するように方向付けされる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記噛合構造は前記中央ボディ上に形成される、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記噛合構造は、固定デバイスが前記凹部内に受け入れられるときに、前記噛合構造の前記固定要素受入穴部が前記固定プレートの固定要素受入穴部とアラインするように位置決めされる固定要素受入穴部を備える、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記噛合構造は、前記中央ボディの前記骨対面側から延びる突起部を備え、前記突起部は、固定プレートが前記凹部内に受け入れられるときに、前記突起部が前記固定プレートの固定要素受入穴部とアラインするように位置決めがされる、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記凹部は、前記凹部に挿入された固定プレートとスナップ式形態を形成するようなサイズにされる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記固定要素受入穴部は可変角度のロッキング穴部である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の脚部は、前記固定プレートが前記凹部内に受け入れられるときに、前記第2の脚部の骨対向面が前記骨の表面と同一平面上で静止するように形成される、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の脚部および前記第2の脚部の骨対向面は、前記デバイスの受け入れ先となる前記骨の外面の湾曲に合わせた形状にされる、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- 骨折部を治療するためのキットであって、
横方向固定デバイスであって、
骨上の所望の位置にアンカー固定されるときに、前記骨の髄腔の長手方向軸に対して平行に延びる固定プレートを受け入れるようなサイズおよび形状にされた凹部をその骨対面側上に含む長手方向固定デバイス受入構造と、
前記固定プレートと前記デバイスとの間の相対運動を防止するように、前記固定プレートの対応する構造と係合するようなサイズおよび配置にされた噛合構造と、
前記凹部から横方向に遠離方向に突出する複数の脚部であって、前記脚部のうち少なくとも第1の脚部および第2の脚部は、前記第1の脚部および前記第2の脚部を通じて延びる固定要素受入穴部を含み、前記脚部のうち第1の脚部および第2の脚部は、前記固定プレートが前記凹部内に受け入れられるときに、前記脚部のうち第1の脚部および第2の脚部のそれぞれの骨対向面が前記骨の表面と同一平面上で静止するように形成される、脚部と、
を備える、横方向固定デバイスと、
指示書であって、
長手方向固定デバイスが前記骨の髄腔の長手方向軸に平行な骨に沿って延びるように、前記長手方向固定デバイスの第1の端部を骨折部の第1の側部上の骨に連結するステップと、
前記長手方向固定デバイスを前記横方向固定デバイスの凹部内に噛み合わせることにより、前記横方向固定デバイスを前記骨折部の第2の側部上の前記骨の一部の上に延びる前記長手方向固定デバイスの一部に連結するステップと、
前記骨の外周の一部の周囲の選択された距離だけ前記長手方向固定デバイスから離隔される、その一部内に形成された穴部を通じて固定要素を挿入することにより、前記横方向固定デバイスを前記骨に連結するステップと、
を行うための指示書と、
を備える、キット。
