a)ベース顔料としての式(I)のジオキサジン化合物
b)顔料分散剤としての一般式(II)のジオキサジン化合物
Qは、式(I)のベース顔料のm価の残基を示し、
Yは、−(CR1R2)x−を示し、ここで、xは1〜6であり、R1及びR2は互いに独立して水素又はC1−C4−アルキルを意味し、
Xは、C原子を介して架橋基Yと結合するイミダゾール残基を意味し、
mは、1〜4の数値を示し、
並びに、
c)アビチエン酸、デヒドロアビチエン酸、ジヒドロアビチエン酸、テトラヒドロアビチエン酸、レボピマル酸、デキストロピマル酸、イソデキストロピマル酸、ロジン樹脂、部分水素化ロジン樹脂、これらの酸の樹脂石鹸、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される樹脂成分。
Yは、メチレン、エチレン又はプロピレンであり、
Xは、5位で架橋基Yと結合するイミダゾリルであり、

なお、各々、顔料調合物の総重量を基準とする。
a)乾式粉砕による微粉砕
BIOS Final Report 960の75ページに従い製造した30gの粗結晶粗顔料(ピグメントバイオレット23)を、1400gの直径12mmのコランダム粉砕媒体が装填された円筒形の1Lのプラスチック容器に導入する。この混合物を、振動ミルの振盪下で、4時間、微粉砕する。その後、ミルベースを粉砕媒体から篩い分ける。29gのミルベースが得られる。
450gの水及びa)の粗顔料P.V.23からの336gのミルベースに、苛性ソーダ溶液中の部分水素化ロジン樹脂の5%濃度溶液112g及びイソブタノール(85%濃度)250gを添加する。150℃でオートクレイブ中での数時間の攪拌の後、mが1である式(III)の顔料分散体の3.8%濃度の水性懸濁液を330部添加し、そして溶媒を留去する。
その後、上記バッチを熱吸引濾過する。生成物は塩不含に洗浄し、そして真空下80℃で乾燥させ、そしてその後、粉末化する。
350gの水及び実施例1a)の粗顔料P.V.23からの336gのミルベースに、苛性ソーダ溶液中の部分水素化ロジン樹脂の5%濃度溶液224g及びイソブタノール(85%濃度)250gを添加する。150℃でオートクレイブ中での数時間の攪拌の後、mが1である式(III)の顔料分散剤の3.8%濃度水性懸濁液を330部添加し、溶媒を留去する。その後、このバッチを熱吸引濾過する。生成物は塩不含に洗浄し、そして真空下80℃で乾燥させ、そしてその後、粉末化する。

を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の顔料調合物。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の顔料調合物を製造するための方法であって、微粉砕の前若しくはその間、又は、仕上げ処理の直前若しくはその間に式(I)のC.I.ピグメントバイオレット23を式(II)の顔料分散剤と樹脂成分に添加混合することを特徴とする前記方法。
- 天然又は人工由来の高分子有機材料の着色への請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の顔料調合物の使用。
- 材料が、プラスチック、樹脂、コーティング、ペイント、電子写真トナー及び現像剤、カラーフィルタ、並びに液体インキであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の使用。
- インキジェットインキ及び印刷インキへの請求項7又は8に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の顔料調合物を、15重量%〜25重量%含むことを特徴とする印刷インキコンセントレート。
