Claims (16)
- 障壁層(2)と、
前記障壁層(2)の一側面上に配置された複合層(3)と、
を備える水密膜(1)であって、
止水機能を有するシーラント(4)が前記複合層(3)と前記障壁層(2)との間に断続的に配置されることを特徴とする水密膜(1)。 - 前記シーラント(4)が熱可塑材または熱可塑性エラストマーである、請求項1に記載の水密膜。
- 前記シーラント(4)がアクリレート化合物、ポリウレタンポリマー、シランで末端処理したポリマー、およびポリオレフィンからなるグループから選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の水密膜。
- 前記シーラント(4)がコンタクト接着剤および/または溶融接着剤である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記シーラント(4)が同じ形状を有しつつ均一に配置され、またはメッシュ状に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記シーラント(4)が前記複合層(3)内に侵入しない、又は、前記複合層(3)の厚さの4〜80%、好ましくは5〜50%、特に10〜30%だけ侵入する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記複合層(3)の一部が前記障壁層(2)に直接連結される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記障壁層(2)および/または前記複合層(3)が可撓性プラスチック層である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記障壁層(2)が熱可塑性層、好ましくはポリエチレン層である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記障壁層(2)が厚さ0.1〜5mm、好ましくは0.5〜2.5mm、特に0.8〜1.5mmを有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記障壁層(2)がエンボシング(5)、特にシーラント(4)を受けるための格子状エンボシングを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記複合層(3)が多孔性材料からなる、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 前記複合層(3)が繊維材料、特にフェルトまたは不織材料である、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜(1)および絶縁材料(17)からなる層を含む成形部分(16)。
- 請求項1から8、および11から13のいずれか1項に記載の障壁層(2)、前記障壁層(2)の一側面上に配置された複合層(3)、ならびに前記複合層(3)と前記障壁層(2)との間に断続的に配置されたシーラント(4)であって、止水機能を有するシーラント(4)を備え、前記障壁層(2)が水密絶縁材料からなる、水密成形部分(18)。
- i)請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の水密膜(1)をベース(6)上に設置し、前記水密膜(1)の前記障壁層(2)が前記ベース(6)に直接接触するステップと、
ii)液状コンクリート(7)を前記水密膜(1)の前記複合層(3)上に加えるステップと、
を含む、ベース(6)をシールする方法。
