Claims (2)
- プログラマブルロジックコントローラであって、
中央処理ユニット(22)と、
前記中央処理ユニット(22)に結合され、第1の端子と第2の端子とを有するディジタル入力/出力インターフェース(24)と、
前記第1の入力端子及び前記第2の端子に接続されることにより入力MEMSスイッチ(28)と出力MEMSスイッチ(28)とを画成し、各MEMSスイッチ(28)がソース接続(40)と、ドレン接続(38)と、ゲートドライバ(44)に接続されたゲート接続(42)とを有する超小型電子機械システム(「MEMS」)スイッチ(28)と、
を備え、
前記ソース接続(40)が前記第1の端子に接続され、前記ドレン接続(38)が前記第2の端子に接続され、
前記プログラマブルロジックコントローラは、前記入力MEMSスイッチ(28)の電圧を測定する電圧センサ(90)をさらに備え、前記中央処理ユニット(22)が、該電圧センサ(90)で測定された電位(V load )に比例する電圧信号(94)に基づいて出力信号を生成し、
前記プログラマブルロジックコントローラは、入力インターフェース機能及び出力インターフェース機能の双方を提供可能である
ことを特徴とする、プログラマブルロジックコントローラ。 - 前記MEMSスイッチ(28)の前記ゲートドライバ(44)が、前記MEMSスイッチ(28)の開離を電気的に促進するドライバ回路(30)に結合される、請求項1に記載のプログラマブルロジックコントローラ。
