Claims (9)
- シリコンアルミニウム合金を材料とし、
外側面に複数の凸部が形成されており、
前記凸部は、前記外側面から延びる柱部と、前記柱部の先端に形成された頭部と、を含み、
前記頭部は、前記柱部よりも径が大きく、
前記柱部の高さは、50μm以上1000μm以下であり、前記頭部の高さは、50μm以上2000μm以下であり、且つ、前記頭部の高さは、前記柱部の高さ以上であり、
前記外側面から前記頭部の先端面までの距離と、前記外側面から前記柱部の最小径部までの距離との比が、2〜80対1である、シリンダライナ。 - 請求項1のシリンダライナが複数連結されている、シリンダライナ連結体。
- 根元部分に括れが形成された凸部を外側面に備えるシリンダライナを製造する方法であって、
キャビティを画定するための複数のスライド及び中子を有する金型であって、前記複数のスライドは、前記キャビティに対向する面に、前記凸部を形成するための凹部が形成され、前記凹部が延びる方向に沿って移動可能である前記金型を準備する工程と、
前記凸部に前記括れを形成するために、前記凹部のエッジ部分に粒子状の離型剤を集中して付着させる工程と、
前記キャビティ及び前記凹部内に溶融させたシリコンアルミニウム合金を流し込んでシリンダライナ中間体を鋳造する工程と、
前記金型から前記シリンダライナ中間体を取り出し、前記シリンダライナ中間体から前記離型剤を除去する工程と、
を備える、シリンダライナの製造方法。 - 前記離型剤は、コロナ放電により帯電させられる、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記離型剤は、外側が有機成分を含む材料によって覆われている、請求項3又は4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記キャビティは、複数の筒が連結された形状である、請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記複数のスライドの凹部の底面に形成された排出孔からキャビティの空気を排出する、請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 根元部分に括れが形成された凸部を外側面に備えるシリンダライナを製造する装置であって、
キャビティを画定するための複数のスライド及び中子を有する金型であって、前記複数のスライドは、前記キャビティに対向する面に、前記凸部を形成するための凹部が形成されており、且つ前記凹部が延びる方向に沿って移動可能である、前記金型と、
前記凸部に前記括れを形成するために、粒子状の離型剤を前記凹部のエッジ部分に集中して付着させる付着手段と、
を備える、シリンダライナの製造装置。 - 前記付着手段は、前記離型剤をコロナ放電により帯電させる、請求項8に記載の製造装置。
