Description
また、上記連結具を用いてフランジとヨークとを連結する際に、離間パイプによりフランジとヨークとの距離が一定に保たれるので、連結ボルトの締めすぎを防止し、もってそれらにひずみが生じることを防止できる。
まず、図1に示すシリンダ6の支持杆21を押圧板19によって台座18に押えつけて固定し、シリンダ6の後方端開口部にヨーク7の前方外周部分を嵌め込んで重ね合わせて連結ピンねじ孔7gと長孔6gを一致させて連結ピン15で螺合固定する。そして、図3に示すように、ガイドロッド9の摺動部9bに拡管ゴム12とバックアップリング11を順に嵌め込んで、ヨーク7のロッド摺動孔7c内に連結部9a側から挿入する。連結部9aの先端がピストン連結ロッド8aの内側に形成してある雌ねじと当接したらガイドロッド9を回転させて、ガイドロッド9をピストン連結ロッド8aと螺合固定する。これによって、前記拡管ゴム12の両端面が段差部10とバックアップリング11によって挟まれた状態になる。

Claims (2)
- 薄肉ステンレス鋼管が内嵌される嵌入内孔、該嵌入内孔の前方に形成され前方が拡径されるように傾斜した第1テーパー部、該第1テーパー部の前方端部の内径と略同じ内径を有して所定の肉厚を有する前方へ突出した突出円環部、及び外周部分に継手と連結するボルトを挿入する継手連結孔を有するフランジと、
該フランジの前方に着脱可能に固定され、前記薄肉ステンレス鋼管の端部が内嵌される嵌合孔、該嵌合孔よりも前方側で且つ該嵌合孔より小径なロッド摺動孔、前記突出円環部の肉厚分と略同じ長さ分だけ拡径した拡径内孔部を有し、且つ、前方側が縮径されるように傾斜した第2テーパー部、及び前記フランジと連結具を介して連結可能な外周円環鍔部を前記拡径内孔部の外周側に形成したヨークと、
前記嵌入内孔及び嵌合孔の径方向内側に配置される薄肉ステンレス鋼管の端部の内側で且つ嵌合孔の内側に嵌め込まれるバックアップリングと、
前記ヨークと連結されるシリンダの内部で駆動源により前後方向に移動自在なピストンと連結されることによって、前記ロッド摺動孔内で前後方向に移動自在な摺動部及び、該摺動部よりも大径で且つ後方側に位置する前記薄肉ステンレス鋼管を外嵌する外嵌部を有するガイドロッドと、
前記バックアップリングと前記ガイドロッドの摺動部と外嵌部の段差部の間の摺動部に外嵌され、且つ、該段差部と前記バックアップリングとの間で狭圧される拡管ゴムと、を具備し、
更に、前記連結具が、前記フランジの外側面に当接する挟圧杆と、該挟圧杆を前記ヨークの前記外周円環鍔部に離間パイプを介して締め付け固定する連結ボルトを具備することを特徴とする薄肉ステンレス鋼管の拡管装置。 - 前記拡管ゴムは、リング形状をしており、その前後方向の端部の外周の径が、中央部分より小径となるようにテーパー状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄肉ステンレス鋼管の拡管装置。
