この方法は標準比重測定用の成形体が形成できることを前提とする。つまり、低分子量PTFEは溶融粘度が低いため、焼成時溶融流動して成形品が得られないか、または成形体が得られたとしてもクラックや発泡を生じる場合が多く、標準比重が測定できないので、以下の方法を採用する。
動的粘弾性測定装置(アイティー計測制御(株)製、DVA−220)を用い、下記の条件下で、圧縮成形シートの25℃、180℃及び200℃での貯蔵弾性率(Er)を求めた。
(a)サンプル幅:5mm、厚さ:0.2mm
(b)測定温度範囲:20〜270℃
(c)周波数:10Hz
(d)昇温速度:2℃/分
引張試験機((株)島津製作所製、AUTOGRAPH AG−1)を用い、ASTM D−638に準拠して、下記の条件で、厚さ2mmの圧縮成形シートから打ち抜き試料を作製して引張強度及び伸びを測定した。
(a)ダンベル形状:ASTM TypeV
(b)チャック間距離:25mm
(c)引張速度:50mm/分
ASTM D 2176−69に準拠して、MIT式耐屈曲疲労試験機((株)東洋精機製作所製)を用い、厚さ0.20〜0.23mmの圧縮成形されたフィルムから切出した試料に12.15N(1.25kgf)の荷重をかけ、屈曲速度178回/分、屈曲角度135度にて測定を行った。
ASTM D−1238に準拠して、温度372℃、荷重5.0kgの条件下で測定した。
(株)東洋精機製作所製 ショアー硬度計を用い、ASTM D−2240に準じ、測定を行った。サンプルは圧縮成形されたシート(厚み:2mm)を用いた。
厚さ0.2mmの圧縮成形シートを肉眼で観察し、均一なシートであれば分散性は良いと判断し◎で表記した。また、添加成分が局在化して分散していない場合は分散が悪いと判断し×で表記した。
試験法ASTM−D621に準拠して、圧縮成形シートから直径11.3mm、高さ10mmの円柱試験片を作製し、200℃のオーブン中で荷重50kg下にて24時間の圧縮クリープ試験を行い、全変形率を求めた。また、荷重を取り除き24時間後の変形率を永久変形として求めた。
PFAペレット1(ペレット形状(円柱状で平均外径2mmφ、平均長さ3mm)、融点:300℃、MFR:29.5g/10分、TFE/PPVE:97.9/2.1(モル%))と、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF交互共重合体粉末(ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF:51/49(モル%)、平均粒子径:5μm、融点:326℃、MFR:89.0g/10min(温度372℃、荷重5.0kg))を表1に示す配合割合でラボプラストミル((株)東洋精機製作所製)により、350℃で10分間溶融混練した。得られた組成物についての評価結果を表1に示す。
ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF交互共重合体粉末を表1に示す配合割合で配合した以外は実施例1と同様の方法によりフッ素樹脂組成物を得た。得られた組成物についての評価結果を表1に示す。
MFRの異なるPFAペレット2(融点:306℃、MFR:14.6g/10分、TFE/PPVE:98.3/1.7(モル%))、PFAペレット3(融点:308℃、MFR:1.97g/10分、TFE/PPVE:98.5/1.5(モル%))を用い、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF交互共重合体粉末の配合割合を表1に示す割合にした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法によりフッ素樹脂組成物を得た。得られた組成物についての評価結果を表1に示す。
PFAペレット1と、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF交互共重合体粉末、PTFE粉末1(数平均分子量:40万、融点327℃)を表1に示す配合割合でラボプラストミル((株)東洋精機製作所製)により、350℃で10分間溶融混練した。得られた組成物についての評価結果を表1に示す。
PFAペレット2、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF交互共重合体粉末、PTFE粉末1(数平均分子量:40万、融点327℃)の配合割合を表1に示す割合に変更した以外は、実施例7と同様の方法によりフッ素樹脂組成物を得た。得られた組成物についての評価結果を表1に示す。
PFA粉末に変えて、FEPペレット(ペレット形状:円板状で平均外径2.9mmφ、平均厚さ:1.7mmt、融点:256℃、MFR:23g/10分、TFE/HFP:90.9/9.1(モル%))を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法によりフッ素樹脂組成物を得た。得られた組成物についての評価結果を表1に示す。
PFAペレット1〜3のそれぞれ単独についての評価結果を表2に示す。
ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF共重合体粉末単独についての評価結果を表2に示す。
ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン/VdF共重合体粉末に代えて、PTFE粉末2(融点327℃、平均粒子径:6μm、数平均分子量:2000万以上)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法によりフッ素樹脂組成物を得た。得られた組成物についての評価結果を表2に示す。
Claims (7)
- 溶融加工可能なフッ素樹脂、及び、融点が310〜360℃である3,3,3−トリフルオロ−2−トリフルオロメチルプロペンとフッ化ビニリデンとの共重合体を含み、
前記溶融加工可能なフッ素樹脂は、MFRが1〜75(g/10分)であるフッ素樹脂であるフッ素樹脂組成物。 - 溶融加工可能なフッ素樹脂が、テトラフルオロエチレン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体、又は、テトラフルオロエチレン/パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)共重合体である請求項1記載のフッ素樹脂組成物。
- 溶融加工可能なフッ素樹脂が、テトラフルオロエチレン/パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)共重合体である請求項2記載のフッ素樹脂組成物。
- 3,3,3−トリフルオロ−2−トリフルオロメチルプロペンとフッ化ビニリデンとの共重合体が、溶融加工可能なフッ素樹脂固形分100重量部に対して8〜70重量部である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフッ素樹脂組成物。
- さらに、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフッ素樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のフッ素樹脂組成物を成形して得られる薬液用チューブ。
- 溶融加工可能なフッ素樹脂と、3,3,3−トリフルオロ−2−トリフルオロメチルプロペンとフッ化ビニリデンとの共重合体とを、両者の融点以上の温度で溶融混練する工程を含み、
前記溶融加工可能なフッ素樹脂は、MFRが1〜75(g/10分)であるフッ素樹脂であるフッ素樹脂組成物の製造方法。
