Claims (4)
- ディスクブレーキのためにキャリパ(1)に取り付けられるスリーブ(9)であって、前記スリーブは、前記キャリパ(1)に剛直に固定された複数のピン(6、8)によって、キャリア(2)内で摺動可能に装着され、前記スリーブ(9)は、前記複数のピン(6、8)のうちの1つを、前記キャリア(2)の穴の中に受けるように設計される、スリーブにおいて、
前記スリーブ(9)は、縦軸線(15)に沿った実質的に円筒形の形状を有し、前記キャリアと接触するように設計された面上に複数のリブ(10、11)を有し、それにより、前記スリーブ(9)が前記ブレーキの作動によって圧縮されるときに、前記複数のリブ(10、11)は、前記接触面を増やすために変形され、
前記複数のリブ(10、11)は、前記スリーブ(9)の前記縦軸線(15)に沿って延びる台形の形状であり、前記スリーブ(9)の前記縦軸線(15)に直角の方向に測定されたときに、第1のリブ(10)の高さ(H)は、第2のリブ(11)の高さ(h)の2倍であり、前記第1のリブ(10)の前記スリーブ(9)の面から延びる壁に接する平面で形成される角度(α)は90°であることを特徴とする、スリーブ(9)。 - 前記スリーブは、前記キャリアと接触するように設計された前記スリーブの面の上に対称に分布された、同じ高さの少なくとも5つのリブ(10、11)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ(9)。
- 前記リブ(10、11)が、弾性で変形可能な材料で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のスリーブ(9)。
- キャリパ(1)に取り付けられたディスクブレーキであって、前記ディスクブレーキは、前記キャリパ(1)に剛直に固定されたピン(6、8)によって、キャリア(2)内に摺動可能に装着され、スリーブ(9)が前記ピンのうちの1つを前記キャリアの穴の中に受けるように設計される、ディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記スリーブ(9)は、縦軸線(15)に沿った実質的に円筒形の形状を有し、前記キャリア(2)と接触する面上に複数のリブ(10、11)を有し、それにより、前記スリーブ(9)が前記ブレーキの作動によって圧縮されるときに、前記複数のリブが、前記接触面を増やすために変形され、
