Description
図1は、本発明に係る磁石板10を樹脂モールド部12を成形する前の状態にて示す斜視図である。図示された磁石板10は、ベースプレート14と、このベースプレート14の表面14aに並置された複数の磁石部16とから主として構成される。これら磁石部16は、長手方向の側面どうしが互いに略平行に延在するようにベースプレート14の表面14aに所定間隔に配置されている。各磁石部16は単純な直方体形状を有しており、市場で安価に入手可能な汎用品を利用できる。これら磁石部16は、後の工程で所定の磁化方向に着磁されて永久磁石として作用するようになる磁性材料から形成される。

Claims (2)
- ベースプレートと、該ベースプレートの一面に並置された複数の磁石部とからなる、リニアモータ用磁石板を製造する製造方法において、
前記ベースプレートの一面には、該一面から突出していて互いに平行に配置された長尺の複数の突出部が設けられており、複数の磁石部のそれぞれを前記複数の突出部の間に並置するとともに、前記複数の突出部が前記複数の磁石部の長手方向の両端を越えて延在するように前記複数の磁石部を位置決めし、
前記リニアモータ用磁石板を取付けるのに使用される複数の貫通孔が前記ベースプレートに形成されており、前記複数の貫通孔は、前記複数の突出部の長手方向の両端よりも外側にそれぞれ形成されており、前記ベースプレートを型に配置し、それにより、前記複数の貫通孔を前記型に形成された突起部に通して前記ベースプレートを位置決めし、
前記型に樹脂材料を供給して、前記複数の磁石部及び前記複数の突出部を全体的に被覆する樹脂モールド部を射出成形により前記ベースプレートの前記一面に形成し、
前記複数の磁石部を着磁することを含む、リニアモータ用磁石板の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂モールド部を射出成形により前記ベースプレートの前記一面に形成する前に、前記ベースプレートを加熱することを含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
