Description
1.本発明の分野
本発明は、概して、医療デバイスおよび医療方法に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、内部管腔のステントおよびアンカーだけではなく、それらの展開のためのカテーテルおよび方法にも関する。

本発明は、第1の体の管腔と第2の体の管腔との間に経管腔アクセスを確立するための方法および装置を提供する。このような経管腔アクセスは、任意の医療目的と意図されるが、通常に経管腔の治療内視鏡検査法を行うのにと意図され、そこで、典型的には、第1の体の管腔は、食道、胃、十二指腸、小腸、および大腸を含む胃腸(GI)管内にある。アクセスの目標である第2の体の管腔は、典型的に、胆管、膵管、胆嚢、嚢胞、偽性嚢胞、膿瘍、膵臓、肝臓、膀胱、十二指腸、空腸、および結腸を含む胃腸管(またはGI管の他の部分であり得る)に隣接してある器官または他の組織構造であり得る。本発明のアクセス方法および装置から得をし得る特定の手順は、胃空腸吻合、胃十二指腸吻合および胃結腸吻合を含む。発明のアクセス方法および装置から得をし得る他の手順は、門脈体静脈シャントおよび経頸静脈性肝内門脈体循環シャント(TIPS)手順を含む血管バイパスを含む。
