Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気管に設けられ、排気ガス中のNOx濃度を検出するNOxセンサを診断するNOxセンサ診断装置において、
前記エンジンの稼働状態を基に排気ガス中のNOx濃度の計算値を求める計算値演算部と、
前記計算値演算部で求めたNOx濃度の計算値と、前記NOxセンサが検出したNOx濃度の検出値との乖離が判定用閾値よりも大きくなったときに、前記NOxセンサが異常であると判断する異常判定部と、
前記エンジンを冷却するための冷却水の温度、大気圧、および外気温に基づき、前記判定用閾値を設定する判定用閾値設定部と、を備え、
前記判定用閾値設定部は、前記計算値演算部がNOx濃度の計算値を求めた後に取得した大気圧に基づき、前記判定用閾値を設定する
ことを特徴とするNOxセンサ診断装置。 - 冷却水の温度と大気圧と外気温とで参照される前記判定用閾値のマップをさらに備え、 前記判定用閾値設定部は、前記マップを参照して前記判定用閾値を設定するようにされる請求項1記載のNOxセンサ診断装置。
- エンジンの排気管に設けられた選択還元触媒装置と、
前記選択還元触媒装置の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
前記選択還元触媒装置の上流側に設けられた前記NOxセンサと、
前記NOxセンサで検出したNOx濃度の検出値に応じて尿素水噴射量を制御する尿素水噴射制御部と、を備えたSCRシステムにおいて、
請求項1または2記載のNOxセンサ診断装置を備えたことを特徴とするSCRシステム。
