1.第1の実施の形態

[1.電極の構成]
図1に、本願発明の一実施の形態である電極1を示す。電極1は、電極素子2、耐乾性電解液染込部3、支持部4及び導線5を含む構成とされる。
次に、電極1、図5に示す市販されている脳波測定用のコイル電極100、及び後述する脳波測定時において基準とされる電極(以下、これを基準電極とも呼ぶ)の抵抗値の測定結果を示す。
図8に、電極1を用いた生体信号検出装置10の全体構成を示す。生体信号検出装置10は、頭部を支持可能な支持体(以下、これをヘアバンド部とも呼ぶ)11を有する。このヘアバンド部11は、弾力をもつ板状のプラスチック材又は金属材でなりC字状に形成される。
図9において、生体信号検出装置10の所定の位置に設けられた信号処理部20を示す。この信号処理部20は、差動アンプ31、フィルタ32、A/D(Analog/Digital)変換部33、解析部34、メモリ35及び通信部36を含む構成とされる。
以上の構成において、電極1は、頭髪を挟むことなく頭皮に接触できる程度の太さ(例えば2mm)に形成された耐乾性電解液染込部3が導電性の電極素子2に複数接続される。この耐乾性電解液染込部3は、保水性(耐乾性)を有する液(グリセリン)及び導電性を有する液(生理食塩水)を含む耐乾性電解液が染み込まれている。
上述した実施の形態においては、耐乾性電解液染込部として芯棒3Bに繊維片3Cが巻きつけられた耐乾性電解液染込部3が用いられるようにした場合について述べたが、本発明はこれに限らず、その他の形状を有する耐乾性電解液染込部が用いられてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 導電性の材質でなり、面を有する電極素子と、
上記電極素子の面に所定間隔離間して複数接続され、頭髪を頭皮との間で挟むことなく該頭皮に接触できる程度の太さに形成され、耐乾性を有する液及び導電性を有する液を含む耐乾性電解液が染み込まれる耐乾性電解液染込部と、
上記耐乾性電解液染込部と同程度の高さで形成され、該耐乾性電解液染込部の太さより大きな面積でなる面に該耐乾性電解液染込部が挿通される孔が貫通して設けられ、上記耐乾性電解液染込部が該孔に挿通された状態で上記耐乾性電解液染込部の上記電極素子とは反対側の先端が被験者の頭皮に所定の押付力で押し付けられる際に、該被験者の頭皮との間で挟まれた頭髪の厚さ分だけ収縮する収縮性を有する支持部と
を有する生体信号検出電極。 - 上記支持部は、
上記耐乾性電解液が染み込まれ、上記孔に上記耐乾性電解液染込部が挿通された状態で上記耐乾性電解液染込部と接触する

上記電極素子側の面より、該面とは反対側の面の面積の方が大きい
請求項2に記載の生体信号検出電極。 - 互いに隣接する上記耐乾性電解液染込部同士が、該耐乾性電解液染込部の直径より離間している
請求項1に記載の生体信号検出電極。 - 導電性の材質でなり、面を有する電極素子と、上記電極素子の面に所定間隔離間して複数接続され、頭髪を頭皮との間で挟むことなく該頭皮に接触できる程度の太さに形成され、耐乾性を有する液及び導電性を有する液を含む耐乾性電解液が染み込まれる耐乾性電解液染込部と、上記耐乾性電解液染込部と同程度の高さで形成され、該耐乾性電解液染込部の太さより大きな面積でなる面に該耐乾性電解液染込部が挿通される孔が貫通して設けられ、上記耐乾性電解液染込部が該孔に挿通された状態で上記耐乾性電解液染込部の上記電極素子とは反対側の先端が被験者の頭皮に所定の押付力で押し付けられる際に、該被験者の頭皮との間で挟まれた頭髪の厚さ分だけ収縮する収縮性を有する支持部とを有する電極と、
上記電極を装着者の頭皮に所定の押付力で押し付ける押付手段と
を有する生体信号検出装置。
