Claims (11)
- 交流電源又は直流電源と負荷の間に接続され、負荷への電力供給を制御する交流・直流両用スイッチであって、
電源に接続される入力側の第1端子と負荷に接続される出力側の第1端子との間に直列接続されたトランジスタ構造の双方向半導体スイッチ素子と、
前記入力側の第1端子と入力側の第2端子の間に並列に接続された整流部と、
前記整流部からの出力電圧を安定した所定の電圧に変換するための電源部と、
前記電源部から供給される電力によってこの交流・直流両用スイッチの全体を制御する制御部と、
前記制御部からの制御信号に応じて前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子を導通させる駆動部と
を備え、
前記整流部は、半波整流回路であり、前記整流部を構成するダイオードのアノードが前記入力側の第1端子に接続され、
前記入力側の第1端子と前記入力側の第2端子の間に直流電源が接続されたときに、前記直流電源の正極が前記入力側の第1端子に接続されたときにのみ動作可能であることを特徴とする交流・直流両用スイッチ。 - 交流電源又は直流電源と負荷の間に接続され、負荷への電力供給を制御する交流・直流両用スイッチであって、
電源に接続される入力側の第1端子と負荷に接続される出力側の第1端子との間に直列接続されたトランジスタ構造の双方向半導体スイッチ素子と、
前記入力側の第1端子と入力側の第2端子の間に並列に接続された整流部と、
前記整流部からの出力電圧を安定した所定の電圧に変換するための電源部と、
前記電源部から供給される電力によってこの交流・直流両用スイッチの全体を制御する制御部と、
前記制御部からの制御信号に応じて前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子を導通させる駆動部と、
前記入力側の第1端子と前記入力側の第2端子に接続された電源の種類が交流か直流かを判別する電源種類判別部と
を備えたことを特徴とする交流・直流両用スイッチ。 - 前記電源種類判別部は、交流電圧のゼロクロスを検出したときに、電源の種類が交流であると判断することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。
- 前記電源種類判別部により電源の種類が交流であると判断された場合、前記制御部は、前記電源種類判別部によるゼロクロス検出と同期させて前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子を導通させるための制御信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。
- 前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子は、2つの高耐圧縦型トランジスタ構造のスイッチ素子を逆接続した構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。
- 前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子は、
電源及び負荷に対してそれぞれ直列に接続され、基板表面上に形成された第1電極及び第2電極と、
少なくともその一部分が前記基板表面上に形成され、前記第1電極の電位及び前記第2電極の電位に対して中間電位となる中間電位部と、
少なくともその一部分が前記中間電位部上に接続され、前記中間電位部に対して制御を行うための制御電極を備えた横型のシングルゲートトランジスタ構造を有し、
前記中間電位部及び前記制御電極が、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極に対して所定の耐電圧を維持しうる位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。 - 前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子は、
電源及び負荷に対してそれぞれ直列に接続され、基板表面上に形成された第1電極及び第2電極と、
少なくともその一部分が前記基板表面上に形成され、それぞれ独立した制御信号が入力される第1制御電極及び第2制御電極を備えた横型のデュアルゲートトランジスタ構造を有し、
前記第1制御電極と前記第2制御電極が所定の耐電圧を維持しうる位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。 - 前記出力側の第1端子と出力側の第2端子の間に並列に接続された第2整流部と、該第2整流部からの出力電圧を安定した所定の電圧に変換するための第2電源部をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。
- 前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子に開閉接点を有する補助スイッチ素子が並列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。
- 前記双方向半導体スイッチ素子に開閉接点を有する補助スイッチ素子が直列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。
- 前記入力側の第2端子と出力側の第2端子との間に直列接続された第2双方向半導体スイッチ素子をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の交流・直流両用スイッチ。
