Claims (2)
- ポリマ材料を用いた光導波路がアレイ状に配列されて構成されている光導波路フィルムであって、
クラッド層と、
前記クラッド層内に設けられ前記光導波路を構成するコア層と、
前記コア層から所定の距離を隔てた位置に配置され、かつ前記クラッド層表面を覆うように形成され、発熱することにより前記光導波路フィルム内の水の飽和蒸気圧が高くなるよう当該光導波路フィルム全体を均一に加熱させる発熱体層と
を含むことを特徴とする光導波路フィルム。 - 前記発熱体層は、前記コア層および前記クラッド層を個別に囲むように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光導波路フィルム。
