Description
商品が品質低下を起こさないで保存できる期間が短くなってしまう。さらに、エチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合体からなるフィルムを用いたものは、高湿度下において酸素ガスバリア性の低下が著しく、これも保存できる期間が短くなるという問題点がある。
カーコート層、無機化合物からなる蒸着薄膜層、Si(OR1)4およびR2Si(OR3)3(R1、R3はCH3、C2H5、C2H4OCH3等の加水分解性基、R2は有機官能基)で表されるケイ素化合物あるいはその加水分解物と、水酸基を有する水溶性高分子を主成分とするガスバリア性被覆溶液からなる薄膜の加熱乾燥被膜であるガスバリア性被膜層がこの相対的順序で少なくとも積層されているため、ガスバリア性と密着性に優れ、90℃、30分間のボイル処理後の最大収縮率が3%以下であるため、ボイル殺菌処理が施されたとしてもバリア性の劣化が殆どなく、しかも突き刺し強度が8N以上あるため、内容物によってピンホール等が発生し難く、固形物である惣菜の充填適性にも優れている。また、ガスバリア性被膜層面にシール温度が90℃以上のポリオレフィン系樹脂からなるシール層が積層されたものは、惣菜を充填してボイル殺菌処理する際の熱によるシーラントの融着がなく、内容物の取り出し性が損なわれることがない。
て所期のガスバリア性が十分に確保され、また密着性も飛躍的に向上し、延いては煮沸殺菌や加熱・加圧殺菌等が施された場合にガスバリア性が低下せず、デラミネーションも発生し難いようにするために設ける薄膜層である。
90℃、30分間のボイル処理は一般的なボイル処理の条件であり、このときの収縮率がボイル処理前と比較して3%を超えると、蒸着薄膜層、ガスバリア性被膜層が収縮に追従できずバリア性が大きく劣化してしまう。このためボイル処理後の最大収縮率はフィルムの流れ方向および幅方向のどちらも3%以下、より好ましくは2%以下であることが好ましい。
(アンカーコート液の調製)
アクリルポリオールとトリイジルイソシアネートをアクリルポリオールのOH基に対し、NCO基が等量となるように加え、全固形分が5w%になるよう酢酸エチルで希釈し、さらにこれにβ−(3,4エポキシシクロヘキシル)トリメトキシシランを全固形分に対して5wt%となるように添加して混合し、アンカーコート液とした。
(A液の調整)
テトラエトキシシラン(Si(OC2H5)4;以下TEOSとする)17.9gとメタノール10gに塩酸(0.1N)72.1gを加え、30分間攪拌し加水分解させ、固形分(TEOSのSiO2固形分(換算値))5%の加水分解溶液(A液)とした。
(B液の調整)
ポリビニルアルコールのPVA固形分5%、水/メタノール=95/5(重量比)水溶液。
(C液の調整)
1,3,5−トリス(3−トリアルコキシシリルアルキル)イソシアヌレートをそのR2Si(OH)3固形分(換算値)が5%となるように、水/IPA=1/1溶液で調整し、加水分解溶液(C液)とした。
(ガスバリア性被膜溶液の調整)
A液、B液、C液を70対20対10(重量比)で混ぜ合わせてガスバリア性被膜溶液とした。
(評価)
得られた包装用フィルムの突き刺し強度(JIS Z1707)を測定した。また、得られた包装用フィルムで四方パウチ(包装体)を作成し、そこに筑前煮を充填した後、90℃、30分間のボイル処理(煮沸処理)を施し、しかる後、中身を取り出して、取り出し適性を確認した。ボイル処理後の熱融着がなく、取り出しに問題がないものを○、熱融着があるものを×とした。

- ポリアミドフィルムからなるフィルム基材の少なくとも片面に、少なくともアクリルポリオールとトリイジルイソシアネートとを含むアンカーコート層、無機化合物からなる蒸着薄膜層、Si(OR1)4およびR2Si(OR3)3(R1、R3はCH3、C2H5、C2H4OCH3等の加水分解性基、R2は有機官能基)で表されるケイ素化合物あるいはその加水分解物と、水酸基を有する水溶性高分子を主成分とするガスバリア性被覆溶液からなる薄膜の加熱乾燥被膜であるガスバリア性被膜層、シール層がこの相対的順序で少なくとも積層されてなる積層部材であり、90℃、30分間のボイル処理後の最大収縮率が3%以下、突き刺し強度が8N以上であり、前記シール層が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂からなり、シール温度が110℃〜145℃であることを特徴とする包装用フィルム。
- 前記シール層が、未延伸ポリプロピレン樹脂からなり、シール温度が145℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の包装用フィルム。
- 請求項1または2記載の包装用フィルムからなり、惣菜が収納されていることを特徴とする包装体。
