Claims (1)
- シート状の正極と負極とをセパレータを介して交互に積層してなる積層型電池の製造装置であって、
正極、負極およびセパレータをそれぞれ切り離し容易な破断線を介して連続形成した連続正極材、連続負極材および連続セパレータ材を素材として、
各素材を、連続セパレータ材、連続正極材、連続セパレータ材、連続負極材または連続セパレータ材、連続負極材、連続セパレータ材、連続正極材の順に、それぞれの破断線を一致させて重ね合わせて連続電池材を形成し送出する重合手段と、
前記連続電池材を所定数の破断線ごとに切断して複数電池材を形成する切断手段と、
前記複数電池材を必要積層数重ね合わせて保持する保持手段と、
前記の重ね合わせた複数電池材を上下から挟み込んで固定する固定手段と、
前記の固定した複数電池材の端部を把持して破断線ごとに引きちぎる破断手段とを備えることを特徴とする積層型電池製造装置。
