Claims (4)
- 可燃性廃棄物を部分的にガス化する部分ガス化炉と、
該部分ガス化炉に直接接続され、該部分ガス化炉によって部分的にガス化された可燃性廃棄物をセメントキルン内に吹き込むバーナーとを備えることを特徴とする可燃性廃棄物の処理装置。 - 前記部分ガス化炉に、前記可燃性廃棄物とともにガス化剤が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可燃性廃棄物の処理装置。
- 可燃性廃棄物を粗砕する粗砕機と、
該粗砕機によって粗砕された粗砕物を前記部分ガス化炉に供給する供給装置とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の可燃性廃棄物の処理装置。 - 前記部分ガス化炉には、さらに補助燃料と空気とが供給され、該部分ガス化炉は、前記ガス化剤と前記空気とで旋回流を形成しながら前記可燃性廃棄物及び該補助燃料を部分的にガス化し、
前記バーナーは、該部分的にガス化された可燃性廃棄物及び補助燃料を前記セメントキルン内に吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の可燃性廃棄物の処理装置。
