本発明の第2の形態においては、アルキン、アルケン、アルデヒド、ケトン、アルコール、ニトリル、アミンおよびニトログループの少なくとも1種のアルドール縮合、脱水、ダイマー化、還元、酸化、アルキル化、エーテル化、エステル化、アルキル化並びに水素化から選択される反応のための本発明のポリマー系触媒の使用が提供される。
本発明の第3の形態においては、400μm未満の粒子サイズを有し、樹脂内に金属が含浸されたモノスルホン化イオン交換樹脂、モノスルホン化ゲル、および巨大網状樹脂の少なくとも1種のポリマー系触媒を提供し、ケトンを合成して、5〜60%の収率および90〜99%の選択性を生じさせることを含むケトンを製造する方法が提供される。

GCはガスクロマトグラフである。
IPAはイソプロピルアルコールである。
LHSVは液体時間空間速度である。
MIBKはメチルイソブチルケトンである。

収率、変換率、および選択性:反応からの生成物はGCクロマトグラフにインジェクトされる。異なる反応生成物は分析され定量化された。アセトン変換率は反応して生成物を作るアセトンであり、生成物収率は得られた所望の生成物の量であり、選択性はGCによって決定された全ての生成物に対する目的生成物の割合である。

樹脂XJT−88は320μmの粒子サイズで噴射されたゲル型強酸カチオン性樹脂であり、Pdが添加され、還元された。15mlの全樹脂(湿潤)がカラムに充填された。MIBKの製造に以下の条件が使用された:250cc/分での水素、30ml/時でのアセトン、100〜140℃の温度および300psi(2.07MPa)の圧力。3時間後に得られた生成物が集められ、GC装置で分析された。収率および選択性は表1に示される。
Claims (6)
- 560μm未満の粒子サイズを有し、樹脂内に金属が含浸されたモノスルホン化ゲル樹脂の少なくとも1種を含む、アルキン、アルケン、アルデヒド、ケトン、アルコール、ニトリル、アミンおよびニトログループの少なくとも1種のアルドール縮合、脱水、ダイマー化、還元、酸化、アルキル化、エーテル化、エステル化、アルキル化並びに水素化から選択される少なくとも1種の反応のためのポリマー系触媒であって、
金属がパラジウム、白金、イリジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、銅、金および銀の少なくとも1種から選択され、および
前記モノスルホン化ゲルが、モノマー単位の全重量を基準にして15〜99重量%のモノ不飽和ビニル芳香族モノマー単位を含むコポリマーを含む、
ポリマー系触媒。 - ポリマー系触媒が、触媒の乾燥重量を基準にして、触媒中に分布させられた0.1〜15パーセントの金属イオンを含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー系触媒。
- 金属がパラジウムを含む請求項1に記載のポリマー系触媒。
- モノスルホン化ゲルが0.1m2/g未満の表面積を有しおよびモノマー単位の全重量を基準にして1〜10重量%の架橋剤を含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー系触媒。
- 前記モノスルホン化ゲル樹脂が300〜350μmの粒子サイズを有する請求項1に記載のポリマー系触媒。
- アルキン、アルケン、アルデヒド、ケトン、アルコール、ニトリル、アミンおよびニトログループの少なくとも1種のアルドール縮合、脱水、ダイマー化、還元、酸化、アルキル化、エーテル化、エステル化、アルキル化並びに水素化から選択される少なくとも1種の反応のための、請求項1に記載のポリマー系触媒の使用。
