Description
Claims (22)
- 劇場用照明を供給するモジュール型の照明器具であって、当該照明器具を介して空気経路を設けるための少なくとも1つの第1開口を含む実質的に円筒状のハウジングと、前記ハウジング内に配置されたLED型照明アセンブリと、
を有し、前記LED型照明アセンブリが、異なる色及び/又は異なる色温度を有すると共に印刷回路基板上に配置された複数のLED光源を含むLEDモジュールと、前記複数のLED光源を制御する少なくとも1つの第1制御回路と、当該照明器具を介する前記空気経路に沿って冷却空気の流れを供給する少なくとも1つのファンと、を有し、当該照明器具が、更に、前記ハウジングに着脱可能に結合されると共に、当該照明器具を介して前記空気経路を設けるための少なくとも1つの第2開口を含む端部ユニットと、前記端部ユニット内に配置されると共に、前記少なくとも1つの第1制御回路に電気的に結合される一方、該第1制御回路から実質的に熱的に隔離される少なくとも1つの第2制御回路と、を有し、前記LED型照明アセンブリが、前記冷却空気の流れを前記少なくとも1つの第1制御回路に向けて、少なくとも該少なくとも1つの第1制御回路により発生される熱を効果的に除去する照明器具。 - 請求項1に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つの第1制御回路が、少なくとも1つの電源回路基板と、少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板と、を有している照明器具。
- 請求項2に記載の照明器具において、前記LED型照明アセンブリが、前記LEDモジュールに結合されると共に、前記ハウジングの前記少なくとも1つの第1開口に実質的に整列された複数のフィンを含むヒートシンクと、前記ヒートシンクに近接して配置されると共に、前記冷却空気の流れを前記少なくとも1つの電源回路基板及び前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板に向けるシュラウドと、少なくとも前記少なくとも1つの電源回路基板及び前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板を取り付けるためのものであって、当該照明器具を介して前記空気経路を設けるための開口を有する取付プレートと、を更に有する照明器具。
- 請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記ハウジングに結合され、1以上の光学レンズを収容するためのレンズフードを更に有する照明器具。
- 請求項4に記載の照明器具において、前記1以上の光学レンズを更に含み、該1以上の光学レンズがカバーレンズ、スプレッドレンズ、拡散器及び/又は枕状光学系を含む照明器具。
- 請求項5に記載の照明器具において、前記1以上の光学レンズは、少なくとも非常に狭いスポットビームの広がり、狭いスポットビームの広がり、中間のビームの広がり及び広いビームの広がりを得るために交換可能である照明器具。
- 請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、当該照明器具を取り付けるための前記ハウジングに結合されたヨークを更に有している照明器具。
- 請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記複数のLED光源が少なくとも8つの異なる色のLED光源を含んでいる照明器具。
- 請求項8に記載の照明器具において、前記複数のLED光源は直列接続された光源の少なくとも8つのストリングを形成するように電気的に接続され、前記複数のLED光源は前記印刷回路基板上に概ね円状の六角形で詰め込まれたパターンで配列され、前記少なくとも8つの異なる色のLED光源が前記印刷回路基板上にランダムに分散されている照明器具。
- 請求項2ないし9の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つの電源回路基板が、力率補正(PFC)コントローラを含むと共に、約85ボルトから約240ボルトまでの範囲のAC電圧入力を受ける一方、約400ボルトの第1DC出力電圧及び約12ボルトの第2DC出力電圧を供給する照明器具。
- 請求項2ないし10の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板のLED誘導性ドライバが前記複数のLED光源を駆動する、照明器具。
- 請求項11に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板が、デジタルパルス幅変調(PWM)信号を前記少なくとも1つの第2制御回路から入力される少なくとも1つの制御信号に基づいて発生するパルス幅変調プロセッサと、校正機能、及び/又は電圧、電流及び温度のうちの1以上の監視を含む監視機能を実施するための帰還プロセッサと、を有する照明器具。
- 請求項12に記載の照明器具において、前記LEDモジュールが該LEDモジュールの温度を監視するための少なくとも1つの温度センサを含み、前記帰還プロセッサにより実施される前記監視機能が前記LEDモジュールの温度の監視を含む照明器具。
- 請求項8ないし13の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板が、前記少なくとも8つの異なる色のLED光源のうちの第1の群の4つの色を制御する第1ドライバ回路基板と、前記少なくとも8つの異なる色のLED光源のうちの第2の群の4つの色を制御する第2ドライバ回路基板と、を含む照明器具。
- 請求項2ないし14の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つの第2制御回路は当該照明器具の所望の出力色を表す少なくとも1つの入力信号を入力し、該入力信号に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの第2制御回路は前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板に対して複数のチャンネル値を含む照明コマンドを表す少なくとも1つの制御信号を供給し、該複数のチャンネル値が前記複数のLED光源の異なる色又は色温度の各々に対して1つの値を含む照明器具。
- 請求項15に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つの入力信号が前記所望の出力色の多次元色空間における表現を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2制御回路が前記所望の出力色の前記多次元色空間における表現を前記複数のチャンネル値を含む照明コマンドにマッピングする照明器具。
- 請求項15に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つの入力信号が前記所望の出力色の光源スペクトル及びフィルタカラーを規定する<光源,フィルタ>対の形態での表現を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2制御回路が前記<光源,フィルタ>対を前記複数のチャンネル値を含む照明コマンドにマッピングする照明器具。
- 請求項15ないし17の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つの第2制御回路は前記少なくとも1つの入力信号を少なくとも1つのDMXフォーマットの及び/又はイーサネット(登録商標)フォーマットの入力信号として入力すると共に、前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板に対して前記少なくとも1つの制御信号を少なくとも1つのイーサネット(登録商標)フォーマットの制御信号として供給する照明器具。
- 請求項18に記載の照明器具において、前記イーサネット(登録商標)フォーマットの制御信号が前記少なくとも1つのドライバ回路基板に半二重差動マスタ/スレーブ構成の光学的に絶縁された高速直列バスを介して供給される照明器具。
- 請求項2ないし19の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記少なくとも1つの第2制御回路はグラフィックス表示器を含むユーザインターフェースを含み、該ユーザインターフェースはユーザが当該照明器具により出力されるべき光の色を複数のカラーモードのうちの1つを選択することにより指定するのを可能にする照明器具。
- 請求項1ないし20の何れか一項に記載の照明器具において、前記LEDモジュールが前記複数のLED光源の各光源に対してコリメータを更に含む照明器具。
- 請求項21に記載の照明器具において、前記LEDモジュールが前記複数のLED光源の各光源に対してコリメータホルダを更に含み、該コリメータホルダは前記印刷回路基板に1以上の熱杭ピンを介して取り付けられ、前記コリメータが該コリメータホルダ内に配置される照明器具。
