Claims (1)
- 溶銑鍋または混銑車に収容された溶銑に気体酸素源、固体酸素源及びCaO系媒溶剤を添加して溶銑に対して脱珪処理または脱燐処理を施すにあたり、前記固体酸素源として、粒度が1mm以下の鉄鉱石の焼結鉱、ミルスケール、ダスト、砂鉄、鉄鉱石のうちの何れか1種または2種以上を使用し、上吹きランスの周孔から前記気体酸素源を溶銑浴面に向けて上吹き供給するとともに、前記上吹きランスの中心孔から、少なくとも一部の前記固体酸素源を、前記気体酸素源が供給されている場所と同一場所またはその近傍の溶銑浴面に搬送用ガスを用いて上吹き供給し、且つ、前記気体酸素源の供給速度FO2(Nm3/min・t)と前記固体酸素源の供給速度V(kg/min・t)との比V/FO2(kg/Nm3)が0.60〜6.0(但し、2以下を除く)の範囲内になるように、それぞれの供給量を制御し、前記CaO系媒溶剤の一部を、インジェクションランスを介して搬送用ガスとともに溶銑中に吹き込むことを特徴とする、溶銑の精錬方法。
