Description
Claims (6)
- エンジンと、該エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、旋回体と、該旋回体を駆動する第1の電動モータ及び油圧モータと、前記旋回体を駆動するためにオペレータが操作する旋回用操作レバーと、力行動作時には前記油圧ポンプをアシスト駆動し、前記エンジンによる駆動時には電気エネルギを発生する第2の電動モータと、前記第1及び第2の電動モータに供給するための電気エネルギを蓄積する蓄電装置と、前記旋回用操作レバーの操作量及び操作方向に応じた信号を入力し、前記蓄電装置の充放電を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量に関して、当該蓄電装置の最適な使用範囲である通常使用領域の上限値及び下限値と、前記通常使用領域の上限値よりも大きく、当該蓄電装置の最大蓄電量よりも低い値に設定された回生禁止値と、前記通常使用領域の下限値よりも小さく、当該蓄電装置の最小蓄電量よりも高い値に設定された旋回禁止値とを記憶しており、
前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記通常使用範囲内にあるときには、前記第1の電動モータ及び前記油圧モータの双方を用いて、前記旋回用操作レバーの操作量及び操作方向に応じた前記旋回体の駆動と制動とを行い、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記通常使用範囲の上限値を超えて前記回生禁止値に至ったときには、前記油圧モータのみを用いて、前記旋回用操作レバーの操作量及び操作方向に応じた前記旋回体の駆動と制動とを行うと共に、前記第2の電動モータを力行させて前記蓄電装置に蓄積された電気エネルギを消費し、反対に、前記通常使用範囲の下限値を下回って前記旋回禁止値に至ったときには、前記油圧モータのみを用いて、前記旋回用操作レバーの操作量及び操作方向に応じた前記旋回体の駆動と制動とを行うと共に、前記エンジンにより前記第2の電動モータを駆動して前記蓄電装置への充電を行うことを特徴とする旋回体を有する建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の旋回体を有する建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記通常使用範囲の上限値を超えて前記回生禁止値に至ったとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が、前記通常使用範囲の上限値と下限値との間に設定された所定の中間値に達するまで、前記油圧モータのみを用いた前記旋回体の駆動と制動とを継続し、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記中間値に達したとき、前記第1の電動モータ及び前記油圧モータの双方を用いた前記旋回体の駆動と制動とに切り替えることを特徴とする旋回体を有する建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の旋回体を有する建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記通常使用範囲の下限値を下回って前記旋回禁止値に至ったとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が、前記通常使用範囲の上限値と下限値との間に設定された所定の中間値に達するまで、前記油圧モータのみを用いた前記旋回体の駆動と制動とを継続し、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記中間値に達したとき、前記第1の電動モータ及び前記油圧モータの双方を用いた前記旋回体の駆動と制動とに切り替えることを特徴とする旋回体を有する建設機械。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の旋回体を有する建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記通常使用範囲内にあり、前記第1の電動モータ及び前記油圧モータの双方を用いて、前記旋回用操作レバーの操作量及び操作方向に応じた前記旋回体の駆動を行っているとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量に応じて前記第1の電動モータの駆動トルク指令値を演算し、前記第1の電動モータは、この演算された駆動トルク指令値に基づいて駆動されることを特徴とする旋回体を有する建設機械。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の旋回体を有する建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記通常使用範囲内にあり、前記第1の電動モータ及び前記油圧モータの双方を用いて、前記旋回用操作レバーの操作量及び操作方向に応じた前記旋回体の制動を行っているとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量に応じて前記第1の電動モータの駆動トルク指令値を演算し、前記第1の電動モータは、この演算された駆動トルク指令値に基づいて駆動されて、前記旋回体の制動を行うことを特徴とする旋回体を有する建設機械。 - 請求項4及び請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の旋回体を有する建設機械において、
前記蓄電装置の蓄電量に応じて演算される前記第1の電動モータの駆動トルク指令値は、同一駆動または制動条件において前記蓄電量に応じて変動するが、その変動トルク巾は、前記同一駆動または制動条件における電動モータと油圧モータとを合計したトルクの標準値に対して、20%以下であることを特徴とする旋回体を有する建設機械。
