Claims (10)
- 液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッションであって、前進走行のためのクラッチ(7)と後進走行のためのクラッチ(6)を介して集積トランスミッションのキャリア(10)と接続可能である駆動軸(1)を有するものにおいて、
集積トランスミッションが、第一の太陽歯車(13)、第二の太陽歯車(14)、キャリア(10)に支承される少なくとも一つの二重遊星歯車(12)および内歯歯車(15)を備え、その際、液圧式分岐機構の第一の液圧ユニット(17)が、第一の太陽歯車(13)と回転不能に接続されており、液圧式分岐機構の第二の液圧ユニット(21)が、平歯車段を介して内歯歯車(15)と接続されていること、第二の液圧ユニット(21)を、別の平歯車段および第一の走行領域のためのクラッチ(23)を介して被動軸(22)と接続状態にすることが可能であること、および第二の太陽歯車(14)を、第二の走行領域のためのクラッチ(27)を有する別の平歯車段を介して被動軸(22)と接続状態にすることが可能であることを特徴とする液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。 - 前進走行のためのクラッチ(7)が、駆動軸(1)と同軸に配置され、後進走行のためのクラッチ(6)および集積トランスミッションが、駆動軸(1)と間隔を置いて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 第二の液圧ユニット(21)を、第三の走行領域のためのクラッチ(33)を介して被動軸(22)と接続状態にすることが可能であり、その際クラッチ(33)が、第二の液圧ユニット(21)の駆動軸(20)と同軸に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 第一の走行領域のためのクラッチ(23)が、被動軸(22)と同軸に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 被動軸(22)が平歯車段(30,37)を介して、車両の駆動軸の入力軸(38)を駆動することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 平歯車段を介して被動軸(22)が、駆動軸の入力軸(32)を駆動し、この平歯車段が、農業機械での使用のために、駆動軸(1)の方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 平歯車段を介して被動軸(22)が駆動軸の入力軸(32)を駆動し、この平歯車段が、作業機械での使用のために、駆動軸(1)から距離を置いて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 第二の走行領域のためのクラッチ(27)が、平歯車段の固定歯車(26)と同軸に配置されており、この平歯車段の別の固定歯車(25)が被動軸(22)に同軸に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 第一の液圧ユニット(17)および第二の液圧ユニット(21)が、一つの共通のヨークを有する斜軸のユニットとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
- 液圧ユニット(17,21)および伝達領域が、同期したクラッチ回転の際に領域交換を行うよう作成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧式機械式の出力分岐型トランスミッション。
