Claims (13)
- 自動車(4)の内燃機関(3)の燃料タンク(2)に燃料を補給するための燃料補給装置(1)であって、
前記燃料タンク(2)に燃料を供給するための給油口接続器(5)であって、中空円筒形状を有し、第1の端部部分(6)で燃料ノズル(7)が挿入され、第2の端部部分(8)で前記燃料タンク(2)と接続する給油口接続器(5)と、
燃料を前記給油口接続器(5)から前記燃料タンク(2)に供給し、前記第2の端部部分(8)で前記給油口接続器(5)に組み込まれた組込式燃料供給装置(10)と、
を有する燃料補給装置。 - 前記燃料タンク(2)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記給油口接続器(5)は、基本的に、中空円筒の断面形状を有し、前記燃料供給装置(10)は、前記給油口接続器(5)の前記断面のほぼ中心に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記燃料供給装置(10)の供給容量は、前記燃料ノズル(7)の供給容量よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記燃料供給装置(10)のスイッチを入れるか、またはスイッチを切るための開閉装置(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記開閉装置(14)は、前記燃料ノズル(7)が前記給油口接続器(5)の給油口部分(6)の少なくとも特定の部分に保持される、前記燃料補給装置(1)の第1の使用状態と、前記燃料ノズル(7)が前記給油口接続器(5)の前記給油口部分(6)から取り出された、前記燃料補給装置の第2の使用状態とを検出するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記開閉装置(14)は、前記燃料ノズル(7)が前記給油口接続器(5)の前記給油口部分(6)によって少なくとも特定の部分に保持されている場合にのみ、前記燃料供給装置(10)のスイッチを入れるように具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記開閉装置(14)は、燃料タンク内圧(pi)を測定するためのセンサユニット(19)を有し、前記開閉装置(14)は、前記センサユニット(19)によって測定された前記燃料タンク内圧(pi)が所定の圧力しきい値を超えた場合にのみ、前記燃料供給装置(10)のスイッチを入れるように具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記燃料供給装置(10)は、流動ポンプ(10)または容量型ポンプ(10)として具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記燃料タンク(2)および前記給油口接続器(5)は一体とされることを特徴とする
、請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載の燃料補給装置。 - 前記燃料タンク(2)は、前記燃料タンク内の超過圧力を減圧するためのガス抜き装置(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 前記燃料タンク(2)は、燃料タンク(2)が燃料で完全に満たされた場合に、前記ガス抜き装置(20)を閉じるように設計された給油高さ制限弁(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の燃料補給装置。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の燃料補給装置(1)を有する自動車(4)。
