Description
本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、ノズルヘッドを押下げる際の初期荷重と終点荷重との差を極力小さくすることができると共に、ステム付勢用のバネ材が液体と接触することがない液体吐出ポンプを提供することを目的とする。
前記筒状ピストン20下面を閉塞する閉塞部材40を設けて、該閉塞部材を前記ステム30下部へ連結させ、
前記筒状ピストン20より上方のシリンダ本体部分内面に第1バネ受け52を設けると共に、該第1バネ受けより上方の前記ステム部分外面に第2バネ受け31を設けて、該第1バネ受けおよび第2バネ受け間にステム付勢用のバネ材60を設け、
前記ノズルヘッドの押下げで、前記筒状ピストンが下降してシリンダ本体1内液体が前記閉塞部材40に設けた連通路46を介して前記ステム内流路35へ流入可能に設け、
前記シリンダ本体上部内面へ水密に嵌合させた短筒81内周から密封筒82を起立して水密筒体80を形成し、密封筒82内へ前記ステムを上下動自在に、かつ抜出し不能に水密嵌合させたことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- シリンダ本体(1)内へ上下動自在に嵌合させた筒状ピストン(20)内周から上方付勢されて起立するステム(30)上端へノズルヘッド(200)を装着し、該ノズルヘッドの押下げでステム内流路(35)を介してノズル(201)から液吐出可能に設けた液体吐出ポンプにおいて、
前記筒状ピストン(20)下面を閉塞する閉塞部材(40)を設けて、該閉塞部材を前記ステム(30)下部へ連結させ、
前記筒状ピストン(20)より上方のシリンダ本体部分内面に第1バネ受け(52)を設けると共に、該第1バネ受けより上方の前記ステム部分外面に第2バネ受け(31)を設けて、該第1バネ受けおよび第2バネ受け間にステム付勢用のバネ材(60)を設け、
前記ノズルヘッドの押下げで、前記筒状ピストンが下降してシリンダ本体(1)内液体が前記閉塞部材(40)に設けた連通路(46)を介して前記ステム内流路(35)へ流入可能に設け、
前記シリンダ本体上部内面へ水密に嵌合させた短筒(81)内周から密封筒(82)を起立して水密筒体(80)を形成し、密封筒(82)内へ前記ステムを上下動自在に、かつ抜出し不能に水密嵌合させたことを特徴とする液体吐出ポンプ。 - 前記第1バネ受けを前記シリンダ本体内面に設けた内向きフランジ(52)で構成すると共に、前記第2バネ受けを前記ステム外面に設けた下向き段部(31)で構成し、該内向きフランジと下向き段部とシリンダ本体内面とによって画成される空間をステム付勢用のバネ材収納室(70)に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体吐出ポンプ。
- 前記閉塞部材(40)は、前記筒状ピストンの本体下端面に設けた下面開口の嵌合溝(41)へ嵌合させた嵌合筒(45)の底壁上面中央部から連結筒(44)を起立して、該連結筒を前記ステム下部内へ嵌合させると共に、該連結筒(44)周面に前記連通路(46)を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の液体吐出ポンプ。
- 前記筒状ピストンの本体内周面と前記第1バネ受けを構成する内向きフランジ(52)内周とのそれぞれに下側シール筒(22)と上側シール筒(53)とを設けて、下側シール筒(22)を前記ステム外面へ摺動可能に嵌着させると共に、上側シール筒(53)をステム(30)外面へ摺動自在に嵌合させることで前記バネ材収納室(70)への液侵入防止可能に設けたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の液体吐出ポンプ。
- 前記短筒(81)より上方のシリンダ本体部分内面へ前記短筒抜止め用の固定筒体(300)を嵌合させて、該固定筒体下端を前記短筒(81)上端へ当接させたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の液体吐出ポンプ。
