Claims (6)
- 主軸頭の端面に着脱自在に取付られる取付面を有する装置ボディと、装置ボディを主軸軸線方向に移動させることによって、主軸頭に対する装置ボディの主軸軸線を中心とする回転を規制解除自在に規制しうるように主軸頭および装置ボディを互いに係合する係合手段と、係合手段による係合を可能とする状態で、主軸頭の端面に装置ボディの取付面が押圧されるように装置ボディを付勢するばね手段と、ばね手段のばね力に抗して、係合手段が係合解除するように装置ボデイの取付面に流体圧を作用させる流体圧手段と、流体圧手段の流体圧が装置ボデイの取付面に作用させられた状態で、主軸の回転を装置ボデイに伝達する伝達手段とを備えている主軸アタッチメント装置。
- 係合手段が、主軸頭の端面の、主軸軸線を中心とする円周上に設けられている固定歯と、装置ボディの取付面の、固定歯のなす円周と同一径の円周上に設けられている可動歯とよりなる請求項1に記載の主軸アタッチメント装置。
- 装置ボディの取付面の、可動歯のなす円周の中心に、ガイド孔が形成されており、ガイド孔に、主軸軸孔に挿入されて、ドローバと連結可能とするプルスタッドがその軸方向に移動自在に挿入されており、ガイド孔周面およびプルスタッド外面間に、環状スペースが形成されており、ガイド孔周面に内向きフランジが設けられるとともに、プルスタッド外面に外向きフランジが設けられており、ばね手段が、環状スペースに収容されかつ外向きフランジおよび内向きフランジ間に介在させられている圧縮コイルばねを有している請求項1または2に記載の主軸アタッチメント装置。
- 主軸頭に、シリンダが主軸軸線と同心状に設けられており、流体圧手段が、シリンダに収容されかつ一端をシリンダから突出させて装置ボデイの取付面に当接可能とするピストンを有している請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の主軸アタッチメント装置。
- ピストンの突出端に可動クランプが連結されており、装置ボデイの取付面に、可動クランプをクランプさせうる固定クランプが設けられており、装置ボデイの主軸軸線を中心とする回転によって、可動クランプに対して固定クランプがアンクランプ位置およびクランプ位置に位置させられうるようになされており、可動クランプに対してアンクランプ位置の固定クランプが軸方向に移動自在となされるとともに、クランプ位置の固定クランプに対して可動クランプが装置ボデイ側から係合可能となされている請求項4に記載の主軸アタッチメント装置。
- 伝達手段が、主軸端面に設けられているキーと、キーをはめ入れ可能とするように装置ボデイの取付面に形成されているキー溝とよりなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の主軸アタッチメント装置。
