Description
図1に示すように、音叉振動子10の平行な2枚の振動片11a、11bの両端は、コ字型に結合部12a、12bにより結合されている。結合部12a、12bはそれぞれ荷重測定端に接続され、音叉振動子10はこれらの荷重測定端間に作用する荷重を測定するようにされている。

Claims (2)
- 平行な2枚の振動片の両端をそれぞれ結合部により結合した音叉振動子において、一方の結合部の両側面に信号検出用の圧電素子をそれぞれ貼り付け、前記一方の結合部又は他端の結合部の側面に励振用の圧電素子を貼り付け、前記信号検出用の2つの圧電素子の出力を加算して検出信号とし、該検出信号の一部を前記励振用の圧電素子に加えることを特徴とする荷重変換用音叉振動装置。
- 前記信号検出用の2枚の圧電素子による前記検出信号を増幅器で増幅してから前記励振用の圧電素子に加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の荷重変換用音叉振動装置。
