(ニ)フロート1は軽量を旨とする一方、漂流物の激突に因る損傷を避けるため、強度及びバリア施設の設置等を考慮する。
(ホ)芯柱4はフロート1の浮力,荷重の偏在による滑動系のロック発生を抑止し、微少な傾きの変異を受けた状況に於いても、滑動の滑らかさを保ち易い中心軸1本とするが、ピット4の根械効果に見合う基部の剛性を確保する。
(ヘ)芯柱4はピットに落ちる雨水を低減し、滑車5,重錘6の関連機構を保護する観点から降雨対策を施す。
(ト)ピット4は居住空間2の床レベルと周辺地盤のレベルの一致を目標とするが平時は乾燥状態を保ち得る底高を旨とする。
(チ)ピット4の深さが取れず、居住空間2の床レベルと周辺地盤のレベルが不一致と為る場合は、車椅子の限界勾配とされる8%以下を目標にスロープ桟橋で逃げ込みを図る。
(リ)ピット4の上縁部は水勢を飲み込み易い面取り形状や壁面の傾斜,落下防止のグレーチング等の安全策を講じる。
(ヌ)津波一過の元位置復帰は挟雑物の敷き込みを予測し、保守点検の観点からもリフトアップ設備を考慮する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
