Claims (6)
- 通過すると領域において移動速度を減速させるように車両移動方向へ向きを定められる、車道上に横断して置かれる突起で構成される1つまたはいくつかの平行ストリップによって形成されるタイプであり、これらのストリップの各々は、可撓性材料、ゴムまたは他の類似した材料でできていて、少なくとも1つの中空の液体で満たされた室を形成する、車道を走行している車両を減速する装置であって、側部で整列配置または当接し、該室の該流体の制御された通路を可能にする調整された導管(3)によって相互接続された、いくつかの室(2)によって形成され、該車両が低速で走行する場合に通過される該ストリップの降下が大きく、結果として小さい障害を形成し、一方で、該車両の該速度が高い場合には該降下が小さく、結果として大きな高さのステップを形成するように、該車両の各々の車輪が隣接した該室の方へ置かれ、
前記装置を形成している前記ストリップ(1)の前記室(2)を満たす前記流体が、それに適用される応力勾配が高いほど、より高い粘度を提供し、該流体自体が、衝撃の速度に従って変形させる該ストリップによって提供される抵抗を制御する手段として作用することにより、前記車両が低速で移動する場合、該流体は低い粘度を有し、該ストリップは容易に変形し、一方で、該車両が高速である場合該流体の該粘度が高く、結果として変形に対して大きな抵抗を有し、したがって該車両の通過への堅固な障害を形成するような、非ニュートン流体であることにおいて特徴付けられる装置。 - 使用される前記非ニュートン流体の材料が湿った砂により形成された「ダイラタント」流体であることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 使用される前記非ニュートン流体の材料が水における澱粉または砂糖の濃縮溶液によって形成された「ダイラタント」流体であることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ストリップまたは複数のストリップ(1)が、領域において定められる望ましい速度制限次第で調整される直径を有する開口部(3)によって相互接続される少なくとも3つの整列配置された室(2)に区画に分けられることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 各々のストリップ(1)が、領域において定められる望ましい速度制限次第で調整される導管(3a)と、互いに当接している結合手段とを側部に有する少なくとも3つの独立した要素(2a)によって形成されることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記車両がそれを通過する時、横の室と相補的な拡張的な要素を形成する堆積物(4)を有して、各々のストリップが両側で、または、少なくとも前記車道の端に最も近い側部で補われることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
